"I was buying a new house, the home inspector had some questions about the attic joists and suggested I have a professional take a look at them. I needed it done quickly and I called three contractors. Matt from MMP was the only one that called me back the same day and agreed to come look at them the next day. He showed up on time, suggested a remedy and gave me an estimate. After buying the house I had him complete the work. It was done as promised in a very tight and dirty attic space, they cleaned up before leaving. I also chose Matt to replace my roof after getting three estimates. The crew did the complete job, chimney flashing, ice and water shield, small roof repair and venting channels in the attic. Clean up was great, no mess left in the yard. He was not the lowest estimate but all the work was done without any additional charges. I was very pleased with the results."

"D & R Construction was one of 3 contractors that we contacted for quotes for remodeling work. We were looking for someone to help with knocking down walls, gut renovating a kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as doing flooring and some work in bedrooms. This review pertains to the quote process. Eric Dutra was very responsive and professional throughout the process, offering insight and past experience as part of the quote. Furthermore, he gave a very detailed and transparent breakdown of the pricing on a line item basis. The pricing seemed very fair and jived with other quotes. we received. We ended up selecting another contractor due to time constraints, but would certainly look at D & R Construction for any future work."

"Pedro and crew were great. They showed up every day on time and worked throughout the day. I was not home all the days, but we easily coordinated them getting into the house and locking up when done. I felt my house was in safe hands while gone. When I was home they were respectful and pleasant to chat with. They were careful to protect my new hardwood floors and cleaned up after themselves. The work they did was excellent. As you can see from the description, I had them do a lot of projects. I initially was only going to have them do the trim. But I was impressed with their work and Pedro was helpful about providing estimates and suggestions along the way so we greatly expanded the project. Even with all the extra added work, there was no delay in scheduling work days. Pedro was helpful in working within my budget and even did a couple of small things without charging like fixing a stuck door. It didn’t take him much time, but that’s the type of mentality I look for in a contractor! Pedro was great about ensuring I was happy with the work. We did a thorough walk through and he fixed up a few small things I had issue with without complaint. There was one small fix that we didn’t get to prior to me leaving the country for three weeks. I had already fully paid so it would have been easy for Pedro to just move on, but HE reached out to me when I got to schedule the work.
