"My grandson flushed his little yellow bus down the toilet Friday afternoon. I called several plumbers in the area. By late Saturday afternoon I had only 1 returned call saying they could come out Monday morning. A friend suggested I call Gentille Plumbing and Heating. I called them and they said they could come early Sunday morning. Ryan arrived promptly as promise and quickly determine how to approach the issue and retrieved the little yellow bus. Cleanup was quick and pricing fair. Ryan was professional , friendly and was on his way within 45 minutes of arrival. Thank You Gentille Plumbing and Heating"

"It was a great experience. Preston was very personable and explained everything that needed to be done once he assessed the problems. He proceeded to fix the problem.(back up between the toilet and shower) with minimal ease and in a timely manner. I would definitely hire him again to do any other plumbing jobs in the house that needed to be done."
