"They did a great job. They were able to use a small pump to pump the waste water out before replacing the broken pump. The other company wanted us to pay for a pump truck costing $600 before giving the estimate."

"They were on time, courteous and affordable."

"Neary is one of the good ones. Billy gave me detailed quotes for all the work, and worked with me to get the most important stuff finished before winter hit. He's one of those rare true craftsmen -- not "that guy" who gives you a quote and then sends a random crew of day laborers to do a slapdash job. He was on the job himself most days, doing the work and giving direction to the people who work with him. He knows enough to recognize when other jobs weren't done correctly, takes the time to explain the problem, then goes & fixes it right. There were some delays, but you mostly have to expect that when working with contractors. The important part is that I felt that I got excellent value for the money I paid (not cheap!), and my house is in much better condition than it was at the beginning of the year. A+ would hire again (in fact, I'm already working on a list for him to quote in the spring).

"This was the second time we used H L Bowman for our plumbing needs and we have been impressed both times. Their plumbers are prompt, courteous, and friendly, in addition to being great at their craft. For this visit, I had a leak under a kitchen sink and did not realize that I needed to have the entire faucet replaced. The plumber recommended the closest plumbing supply store and waited while I selected the one I wanted. He efficiently did the replacement. Very happy with H L Bowman and would highly recommend them."

"From start to finish, our experience was outstanding! Our old A/C system wasn’t keeping up, and technician Jayden quickly diagnosed the issue—it still used banned R22 refrigerant. He clearly explained why that was a problem and was incredibly knowledgeable. Jayden scheduled a same-day visit with Comfort Advisor Jake, who arrived within the hour. Jake walked us through replacement options with total transparency—no pressure, just honest advice. The install team was scheduled quickly and completed everything in two days. They were fast, efficient, and respectful of our home. We’re thrilled with the service, the new system, and the whole team. In fact, we were so impressed that we’ve scheduled their plumbers to come out for more work next week. Highly recommend—10/10!"
