"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Doug responded immediately to my request for a quote and provided a specific quote to replace two window sills and repair the face of a third. 
Work was scheduled within a few weeks of the quote and worker arrived on time but had not been briefed on the job.  Worker left to get supplies and returned approximately 90 minutes later. Worker repaired three window sill noses instead of replacing two full sills as quoted (which is why i scored a B).  When I returned home and inspected the job I brought this to the attention of Doug who refunded half of the job price ($290).  While I was not  pleased that the work I had requested to be completed was not, the items were in fact repaired and will suffice for the time being. In this day and age honesty is very important and that is why I scored Doug and his team high in all other areas.  Doug is fair and I would use him again but I would ensure that communication between Doug and installer has transpired before the job begins.
