"I want to start off by saying that M&L landscaping did an amazing job with my yard from start to finish. I contacted with Leo on Saturday and he was able to come by the house the next day. We walked through the yard and talked about ideas for a design for the front of the yard (add color the the landscape and reseed the grass) and also clean up the long neglected backyard. Leo was very friendly, made me feel confident in his feedback and comfortable to proceed with the project. Leo and his crew came the next week and finished the job over a three day period. Throughout Leo kept in touch about the progress of the project daily and made sure that we were happy with results thus far. At end of the project, I have to say my yard has never looked better. I love it!!!! Thank you to Leo and crew. I would most definitely recommend M&L landscaping to anyone that is looking to beautify their landscaping. "We had a completely defunct lawn and had consulted with several lawn care specialist who recommended expensive sod. John can our saw my yard and my dog and suggested that sod was not best and that we could get a good result with hydro seeding. We now have a lush green lawn and I believe it is more likely to stay that way as it was home grown. How great to find someone who did not try to do the most expensive restoration but the most appropriate for our yard. He also took us to the nursery to find some new shrubs and installed these as well. We will be using his service for lawn care going forward."

He and his assistant worked tirelessly to get everything done as efficiently as possible. They were on time, professional, considerate of our budget and cleaned up throughly when finished. Rich promptly responded to us within 24hrs whether it was via email, voicemail or text to setup the initial appointment, strategize what garden bed cleanup, plantings, trees, landscaping or mulching had to be completed first and in what sequence. He also responded to questions we had after the work was completed and volunteered to come back to install quick connects on the irrigation hoses. We would hire him 24/7 as our personal gardener if we could!"

"I hired Rocha’s Landscaping to mow my lawn every 2 weeks. They do a great job! Their team comes, gets the mowing and trimming done quickly, and yard looks nice. I recently asked if they could trim the invasive weed/vine that’s been taking over and choking the bushes and tree in my front yard.
