On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. "Loved James who came to do the estimate. He spent time educating me which I truly appreciate. Estimate done quickly, and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that 10 days after they had a signed contract I was still calling and asking for a tarp over the site of the leak as storm after storm caused leaking into my bedroom where despite having buckets to catch the rain it was still ruining my hardwood floors. I spoke and wrote emails to Melissa to ask for a tarp and either was told they “were too busy to come out”or did not even return my calls. Thankfully once I was able to bypass Melissa, Mr PJ Willard intervened and a tarp was up the next day and the roof done immediately after. Great work, completed quickly once started. I will never be sure if Melissa is solely responsible for decision making, or she is told to delay requests. Either way, sorry to say it was the only bad part of the job. Otherwise A plus."
