We obtained several estimates, On Top was the only company that actually climbed up on a ladder to really look at the area of concern and where work needed to be done during the estimate. After we received the quote, the work was done within the scheduled time and completed as agreed. I would definitely consider On Top again for future roofing needs."

Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. "Mr. Cook responded promptly to my request for an estimate on my roofing job. He arrived as promised and provided a very thorough and fair estimate for the work requested, which was re-roofing the house, a garage, an addition and a shed, adding a 27' section of gutter to my garage and replacing two skylights in my addition. He was professional and personable, as well as very knowledgeable. The estimate he provided was complete and fair. In addition, he provided a list of homes he had roofed (with shingle colors) so that I could get a good idea of the color in actual lighting conditions. I was very pleased with his interaction and have no doubt as to his capability. Unfortunately, you can only hire one firm and I opted for a different company but you should contact him for an estimate on your job. He is well established and would be competitive."

"It went very well.  The owner, Richard Farina, suggested using an "architectural" shingle, which is heavier and should last for 30 years as opposed to 20 for most other types of shingle.  They installed Grace ice and water shield up to a distance that we requested.

We had one small leak this past storm on the front porch from the front corner of our bedroom dormer.  They were very responsive and came back the same day called and applied additional caulking between the roof shingles and the siding shingles, where a gap had been created.  I was pleased with their prompt responsiveness."
