"I got 3 estimates for replacing the roof. Willard was in the middle of them. I picked them because 1. the company has been around for a long time. 2. The person who estimated the job was very good to deal with even though I never ended up meeting him. His name is Danny and he was very responsive and patient in answering questions. I found it easy to deal with their main office.
The job was done over 2 days (winter days being shorter). The roof looks good and is guaranteed for 10 years labor with a lifetime on the shingles. 
The scheduling worked fine and was convenient for us.

"I was so glad our condo association hired joe and his company. Firstly, they carefully looked over the work, gave a good estimate. They answered questions I didn't know I had and explained the entire roofing process.
