Robert Evan's contracting did an amazing job replacing my rubber roof. Great communication and excellent crew of workers. My project was completed fast and sufficiently. Highly recommend calling this company if you need roofing

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work done by Robert Evans Jr. Contracting. The price was fair, the work was exceptional. The crew was obviously very experienced and was very meticulous about their work. The crew chief kept me informed of their progress, any issues they found and how they were addressed. They did an excellent job cleaning up the entire site before leaving. Within a couple of hours of my initial contact I had a date for a visit to review the project and provide an estimate. I received the estimate later that day by email and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and timing was only two weeks and that it would be a two day job. The crew arrived exactly two weeks later and at the end of the first day all of the original roof was stripped and 80% of the installation of the underlayment, shingles and trim was complete. They finished on day two, and after they finished the entire crew did a site walk around looking for anything they had missed. I would definitely recommend Robert Evans Jr. Contracting for all your roofing needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Evans Roofing! My husband and I met with Dan who listened to every detail about our project replacing our very old roof and gutters Within a few hours that same day Dan sent us a very reasonable quote to do both roof and gutters. Within 1 week the roofers were here and the roof was done in 1 day Day 2 our gutters were done The clean up was fantastic! They left the site cleaner than before they were here!! The crews were professional, polite and very kind . We did meet with another Roofing Company prior who gave us a long sales presentation and quoted us 3 times the cost to do the same job but I won’t go there because I want this review to shine for a Evans Roifing! So if you have a roofing job and gutters done go with the compnanyvthat fits your needs but please consider Evans first Thank you Ps I wish I could show pictures but can’t figure out how ☺️

The job went very well. The work was completed quickly and on time. Follow up questions and adjustments were done at no extra cost and the end result was excellent.

From start to finish Evans did an excellent job. Good communication with patience to answer many questions, quick response time, and willingness to revise quotes with scope changes. Material showed up early on scheduled day of project, and crew showed up for an early start. Team worked hard, was organized and efficient throughout, and the details to put the homeowner at ease were greatly appreciated. This included moving deck furniture further away from house, and completely tarping over wood deck. Site was left very clean after work completed in one day - all materials removed, area was swept, and roof looked great.

Robert Evans Jr. Contracting work was truly top notch. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Communication was seamless throughout the project. The quote arrived immediately after one meeting. Their work was delivered on time and exactly on budget. Their quality is exceptional, their crew was neat and extremely friendly. To help with color selection, we were sent many recent addresses to drive by and help us see what the finished product could look like. Each site was beautifully finished. They are extremely professional. We will use them again without hesitation.

Excellent job

A representative from the company came out promptly to survey the job bringing a very comprehensive brochure describing all aspect of the work including shingle options, ice dam prevention, ventilation and under-shingle materials. I was provided with an estimate promptly that was very competitive. All follow up emails and calls were answered immediately. The new roof looks great and the property was cleaned completely. A representative from Evans came out the next day to meet us in person to make sure we had no questions or issues. We are very happy with the quality of the work, the responsiveness of the company and the high degree of workmanship and professionalism. We would highly recommend their services to others.

very well . Dan had to reschedule a number of times due to my personal situation, he was understanding, polite and fit me in. The workers were efficient , quick, hard working, not wasting a minute. The job was done well and they did a good job cleaning up.

Went exactly as agreed. New roof on an antique house in 1 day. Came back to rubberize the bays and porch roofs. Nice folks to work with.

They did an excellent job replacing my roof and 7 skylights approximately 12 years ago. Having had such a positive experience I contacted them again in Oct 2019 to have my gazebo roof replaced and again they did an excellent job. These guys were great to work with. They came out and took at look at the roof and were able to get us a quote by the next day. Was the lowest quote of 3 competitive quotes and they didn't try to oversell us. They made sure they could schedule us in the next week. Very straightforward people to work with.

Our roof had some major leaks. We called three companies and Robert Evans Jr. (who came recommended from two separate colleagues) had the best price. Once we signed the contract, they came quickly, finished the job in one day, and had practically no mess in the yard (I only found one nail after). They were so efficient and responsive. I'd definitely hire them again.

Robert Evans did an outstanding job. He provided all the insurance and warranty information we asked for, and gave us excellent advice. His crew arrived punctually as promised and completed the job in one day, including a very thorough clean-up. Wesley Methodist Church in Framingham MA is very pleased with the quality of his work.

We had an excellent experience. Dan is very straightforward and professional (and nice!) He sent us an estimate and all the work was done as specified in the contract. For example ice water barriers and aluminum drip edge, among other things.our new roof looks great. The yard was left clean of all debris, and the dumpster was picked up promptly.

The quote and final price were spot on and very fair compared to the 3 quotes I received. Robert, the owner, showed up 5 minutes early for the appointment to scope out and quote the job. He thoroughly explained all the options and made sure I understood all the details. We agreed on the date for redoing the roof. On the day of the job, his crews were set up early, and started taking the old shingles off, right on time. The whole team was super professional, covered our existing siding where they were working, the shrubs, and walkways with tarps, repaired some underlying issues with the existing plywood on the roof and the gutters, and then... cleaned up the yard, better than they found it. Can't say enough about how great all their attitudes were, the speed, and skills & craftmanship was evident, not to mention that the roof looks awesome. Exceeded my expectations in every way!

I HIGHLY recommend Robert Evans and everybody that worked on the job. I usually do most of the work around my house myself (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry) because I want things done absolutely right. I set a very high standard. But I'm not about to climb the roof and have to leave it for professionals. Robert Evans work meets my high standards. Good price/ Absolutely prompt. Great work. Friendly.
