The crew that was at my house was professional and did a great job. They were there all day doing an excellent job. From start to finish the crew there went above and beyond sealing all vents and skylight areas. Replaced damaged wood and cleaned up all areas of the house and yard. Would definitely hire this company to do more work at my house.

The team was amazing! I highly recommend them. They did the house next door, were clean, professional did a great job so I hired them for my house. I was told all options (roof and gutters), pricing (based on a very old house), They arrived on time, were professional, cleaned up as they went, finished the job in 3.5 days, and it looks terrific.

The LCT crew did impeccable and meticulous work on our large, fairly complicated roof. Manny, the foreman, made sure everything got done expeditiously, and the supervisor Franklin’s follow up and extra attention to the final details, was very greatly appreciated. The actual cost matched James’ very competitive quote to the penny. We couldn’t be happier!

Start to finish LCT was amazing. James walked me through every part of the process, and ensured that we understood how everything works. The project manager Eduardo kept me updated via text while I was away at work, and sent me pictures of their progress. They even quoted and completed an impromptu siding repair while the roof and gutters were being replaced. Project took under 2 days and I’m so glad we chose LCT for our project.

Met with Franklin for a estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable and estimate was competitive. He arranged a meeting with the owner Luis to come to my house and explain everything that they would do, what products they are using, the warranty of their work and material warranty. Also showed the certifications , license , insurance. They replaced my roof and chimney. Pulled permits, set up meetings, worked safely, and showed their craft and knowledge with their work. They cleaned the site and made sure that I was absolutely happy with everything. A few days later I noticed 3 minor ( ocd ) items. Feeling like I was looking for perfection in my ( ocd ) eyes, I sent pictures and said am I asking to much? I know it's ridiculous. The answer was absolutely not, we want you to be 100% satisfied. Thank you guy's for that. From the cumunication to the work to the clean up , I highly recommend them.

Luis and his team did a great job on our roof. We had a small leak and Luis was very open and honest about the work needed beyond just a quick repair. We chose to move forward with a metal roof, and it looks great. We will call LCT Construction again when we need more work done.

I was referred to LCT Construction by a friend who had been happy with work done at his house. In our case, the 2025 winter winds ripped up several sections of shingles, resulting in a question of repair/replace. Luis came out and was very helpful in identifying and documenting the damages, then offering alternative solutions. In the end, we decided to replace all the roofing shingles. The crew was here on time, professional and did a complete and thorough job. Good experience.

Luis and team were contracted to build a standing seam metal roof for an existing house with a shingle roof for their assurance of timely completion. Their price was competitive as well. This was originally planned for December 2024 but the project started in January 2025 due to weather events and freezing temperatures. His team went over and beyond braving the cold to remove the shingles and install the necessary material for the final metal roof. We wanted a specific metal roof system from a local company - Luis was able to source a supplier for that for the color and type. Moreover, the metal roof system was a mechanical lock system - Luis's team was able to find a the right device to implement the specific lock system needed. It was a bit of a learning process for his team but the final fit and finish is stellar and exhibits craftsmanship of his hardworking team. LCT is our roofing contractor of choice for the foreseeable future.

They beat out the local contractors by quite a bit. I was able to get the roof done plus gutters for less than what the locals were trying to charge just for the roof. Very easy transaction, they were in and out and the day and they cleaned up their mess. The roof looks fabulous!

They replaced our roof and did poorly. They have to come back at least 5 times and it is still leaking. Shingles are blown away and falling down. Do not recommend.

Every appointment with the company was on-time. The estimate took 30 minutes, I enjoyed the knowledge sharing from the company and the pricing was the best among 4 bidders. The contract signing was a breeze, took about 15 minutes. After that, within a week the permit was pulled by the company and a phone call came in to schedule the actual work. The workers showed up on time and was very communicative with the progress. The quality is excellent. I highly recommend!

After 3 decades of every few years replacing various pieces of rotted wood trim on our house with PVC I decided to take the leap and replace all the wood trim that had the potential to rot all at once. LCT Construction had just done an excellent job replacing my roof and I picked them for the trim work. The salesman James who I worked with was more knowledgeable than all the others I've dealt with, was direct when discussing various options and details, and was committed to doing quality work. It's hard to judge these days, but I think their price was very reasonable. At the beginning of the work James came by and we reviewed exactly what was to be done to make sure there were no misunderstandings. The day before work started they dropped off the material they needed for the job along with a dumpster (with wood under the skids to protect the driveway) for the discarded wood. The workers were here every week day with the exception of 1 rainy day even on days in late November when it was very cold until the job was complete. Each day they started around 8:00 am and didn't leave until it got dark, and they cleaned up before they left. All my interaction with everyone on the crew was friendly and relaxed and we were happy to have them around. On the last day they cleaned everything up and removed the dumpster that evening. Every aspect of their work was excellent. I'm no expert, but I've had a lot of trim repaired over the years and this is the best I've seen. I couldn't ask for better workmanship. During the work they discovered some rot that needed to be repaired. They did it for a reasonable charge, and there was never any attempt to up sell or expand the scope of work. The only negative was that they told me the day before the agreed starting date that they needed to slip by 2 weeks. I wish that hadn't occurred but compared to everything else it's not significant. If I ever need trim or roofing work again I'll definitely contact LTC. They were completely professional and easy to work with, did exactly what they said they'd do with no hassle, and I couldn't ask for a better result. I recommend them without reservation for any roof or trim work.

I am writing this review to warn others about the dangers of this company in hopes to prevent others from experiencing the same nightmare we had to. I relied on on-line reviews for their services and wish someone warned me. The below scenario has been assessed by the Building Commissioner, an engineer, independent roofing companies and professionals, unrestricted-licensed construction supervisor, and State Farm adjuster and they all agree that this roofing company botched our roofing job and failed to inform us that the structural integrity of the roof was compromised. To be succinct, I had a deck over a rubber roof, which was leaking into my husbands office ceiling beneath it. They demolished my deck, replaced my rubber roof and posts for the deck, but did so with poor quality. It did not pass inspection the first time with the Building Commissioner. They failed to flash the area properly and also failed to apply for a building permit when they replaced the posts of our deck, which our Building Commissioner has reprimanded us for. Most importantly, they left us with water deteriorated sheathing, LVL beams, and ceiling joists without letting us know that the structural integrity was compromised. The entire deck could have collapsed on top of my husband working in the office beneath if this were not caught early. It was not until mold remediation came to remove and clean my husbands ceiling that we were made aware of this. The building commissioner required for us to hire an expensive engineer to see how their negligence can be fixed. We have been in this mess since November 2022 and they have not returned our messages. In addition, the roof that they replaced does not drain properly and pools water every time it rains and does not dry off beneath the walking pads they left glued to the roof. A picture below shows how water pools on top of the roof and stays that way days after the last drop of rain, which we were warned by the engineer, other roofing consultants, and adjusters should not be that way. They all said that It is inviting another leak to happen! I have also included pictures to show how they replaced some sheathing and failed to replace other water-damaged sheathing and it started to grow black mold. They basically ran with our $2000 deposit and left us paying extra money to fix the problem they left us. It is a homeowners worst nightmare and we will take them to court. They have no sense of pride in their work nor a sense of responsibility or decency to their customers.
