"Seth, our technician, did a fast and thorough job. He also cleaned up the mess."

"Service was very fast and professional but the replacement part was marked up WAY beyond fair market value. I was charged $229 for a part I found at Home Depot for $17. I spoke with another HVAC company and they charge $79 for that part."

"If I could rate Mr. Joseph a "6" I would. He provided same day service and replaced my heating system the following day. Furnace wasn't available locally and would be sent to Lexington within 3 days. Not acceptable to Ernie. He went to the West side of the state to pick the unit up so he could fix our problem the day he originally promised. (10 hour round trip with a motel stay). I would be very surprised if anyone else would do this. He definitely takes pride in providing A-1 service."

"This was a service call , Taylor arrived and did diagnostics on my Hvac ,checked in side and outside units. Gave me clear answers along with video of how my unit was operating, along with a quote for what repairs needed to be done. The whole experience from the call I made at 2 am , to havi g a technician scheduled , to updating me on arrival time , was all professional and everyone was easy to work with and communication was excellent. I Highly recommend!"

"Hands down the best HVAC company I have ever worked with! They really care about the needs of their clients. I will not use any one else."

"I needed a professional to service my HVAC system on a schedule with a maintenance plan for a fair value. For his first visit, Paul, the business owner, did an excellent job answering all of our pending questions and shared a few ideas to improve the air quality. Paul is knowledgeable and took good care checking all the HVAC key components and replacing two small parts that needed attention. I recommend GraceLand Air LLC to anyone who's looking for peace of mind and good value without compromising quality."

"Dr. Electric Maury and his professional team completely wired an entire house, installed plugs, circuits, fans, lights, fire alarms, and a new electrical panel. They did the complete electrical system for a house I was renovating for renting. Furthermore, they did such an exceptional job, we hired his team to complete the entire electrical job to finish our basement. They did all of the plugs, light fixtures, fans, wiring, and intstalled a 220 for our jacuzzi in the backyard. On a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the highest, I rate them a 15. They are awesome, cordial, punctual, professional, fast, and try their absolute best to complete the job in the most affordable way that is beneficial to the consumer. In other words they price and quote the job accurately and bless you with several discount options. They will be the first company I call for all of my electrical needs."
