My experience was Terrible! Owner called me 1 year After work completed and said I didn’t pay my bill (which I had already). Mentioned this to a friend and she said Zach Gammon pulled the same double-billing scheme on her! Incompetent employees , shoddy work, left tools on job site. Charged me $1,000+ to dig a new water line 10 feet one winter. Use at your own risk!

ok except the shower install. Bad install wrong caulk used around tub, had to come back to replace about three weeks later. 8 months later caulk coming loose from tile around tub and small holes in it in other places. They came back to redo and I thought they had scratched my tub they would not come look at it (turned out I was wrong and apologized for it. Now grout coming out and caulk loose again, after many phone calls (4, we will call you back and 5, we will be there no one shows and no calls to explain why. They send a guy to do the caulk. not grout, more calls more no shows finally they send a person, with no experience to do the job. Was told they were bending over backward to please me when all they were doing was taking care of their mistakes they created. Ever time I question no show and no call was told a emergency came up and I wasn't priority (One bath house). This stuff should last for years and not just months.

They persevered and succeeded. It required some problem solving and deconstruction, but it solved a long-standing problem.

they came right out, i have a false ceiling in my basement. I noticed water stains and poked my finger through and it went right through. I called them and told them i didn't know where it was. They came right out and opened up my veling to find three leaks. they replaced that whole section with copper pipes like it was before. They only charged me 150$ and left the ceiling open. I have someone else coming over to patch the ceiling.

It went well. A estimate as well as the work performed was prompt and the customer service was great. I was not able to see the work personally as I am in a different state. Pictures were sent and my tenants said they did a good job.

I called last thursday and they said it would be Friday before they could come out. I told them that was fine. Friday came and went, no call, no service. I called them and they said they had a lot of back up sewer lines and those were emergencies and they came first. I understood and he said they would call Monday. Monday came and went, no service, no call. I called tuesday and he said they were on "schedule" and that I should be next. Twenty minutes later they were here. They came in, didn't talk at all, and replaced wax rings. Took less than an hour. I paid and thanked them, and they left. Rate was very reasonable and I was glad to have rings replaced. I went to master bathroom and there was grease or something smeared on my floor, they had left a crowbar in my bathtub, black stuff of some nature was all over the inside of my bathtub, and water on the floor. I went and yelled for them as they were pulling out of driveway and told them they had forgot crowbar. He came and got it and said "Thanks." and left. I went a cleaned up my bathroom that had been left messy. I was just figuring a better after condition that what was left from professionals.

Went well with water only being shut off for a short period of time during installation of new plumbing. Due to some modifications and some miscommunications, took 2 days to be completed. Great people! I would hire again!

They were an hour late, due to, they said, a scheduling mix-up. This could happen to anyone, I suppose. Still, I would have been more apologetic about it, had I been in their shoes. The actual plumbing was fine.

The surface -- when they had to cut the hole in the floor -- they did really smooth out the the surface right.

The price was true to the estimate, everything went extremely well. They were always in communication with me.

They were pretty good. I like them. They were okay. They basically took a salamander and thaw the pipe so the quality of their work was good.

I have nothing but nice things to say about this company!  He always comes out immediately to take care of us.  I can always count on him to give us the best price.  I will use these services forever!

Excellent service. Excellent communication. Fixed our water line leak on a weekend and finished after dark in cold winter temps. Also, provided excellent follow-up.  Highly recommend.

I called this morning & immediately got Zach on the phone ... not an answering machine!  Zach indicated that his men were currently on a job but could be here sometime after 11:00!  He said he would call when they were on their way.  True to his word, Zach called about 1:30 to tell me they were heading for my house.  The two men (unfortunately I don't remember their names) were very courteous & professional.  They immediately got to work & finished in record time.  
I am very pleased with the service that Zach & his men provided & will certainly call them again when I need plumbing work done.

Couldn't be better.  Scot and Joe provided a quick and practical solution to a problem we had with a previous installation that tried to save money by using inappropriate parts.  They advised us as to the minimum parts required for a effective correction.  We had them replace all valves while they were at it to lessen the need for any future repairs.  We'll call Apex for any future repairs.

Initially spoke with Zak on telephone who advised that he would be at the property within 48 hours.  His response time was going to be longer as we were dealing with hundreds of people in the area experiencing frozen pipes.  He arrived the next day (24 hours) and reviewed the damage advising that it would cost at least $1200 to repair and that he would return the following Monday.  They returned the following Monday and spent over five hours replacing the pipes.  They did an excellent job and even fixed some other issues we had with a commode and sink while on the job.  They cleaned up their mess when finished.  I was provided a somewhat itemized bill with a one year warranty upon payment.   The only recommendation I would have for Zak is to be more specific when it comes to the cost of repair.

I called and left a voice mail message.  He called me back within a short time and said he could come over from his current job.  He arrived within about 20 minutes or less.  Diagnosed the problem and repaired it in short order.  Charged a very reasonable price.  Top marks for responsiveness, professionalism, and price.
