Comfort Heating and Air is my preferred company to service our heating and cooling systems. Ryan Bartal has been our technician by choice for a few years now. He is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Don’t hesitate to hire this company.

Friendly guys They know the business Honest and down to earth

First, with this company you get to talk contact to a person and not a machine. Everyone is courteous and professional. I had a problem with my A/C and they came out quickly on a hot summer day and the technician stayed with it until the unit was completely fixed. They explained what had caused the problem and made recommendations to avoid issues in the future. They did a great job!

This was a service call , Taylor arrived and did diagnostics on my Hvac ,checked in side and outside units. Gave me clear answers along with video of how my unit was operating, along with a quote for what repairs needed to be done. The whole experience from the call I made at 2 am , to havi g a technician scheduled , to updating me on arrival time , was all professional and everyone was easy to work with and communication was excellent. I Highly recommend!

Very professional

Comfort hearing and AIR put a mini split system in our house almost 5 years ago. We are very pleased with the system and all the workers that came to our home. Great costume service. Currently we had service to an ad-on part, a water pump., that was installed to meet or needs. Again great customer service, the techs did a wonderful job fixing the problem and making sure it was to our satisfaction. I recommend them to everyone.

My furnace quit running and they showed up within an hour and a half. The serviceman repaired the problem professionally and competently.

Service professionals are very professional, kind, and considerate. And they are very conscientious about their work. Fairly early in the troubleshooting processing my thermostat came back on, but the root cause of the problem could have been anything. The technician didn't leave, just because the thermostat was now working. He continued to search for the CAUSE of the problem. And, after a good while out in the cold and snow, he found it - an issue which would have led to worse problems if it had gone undiagnosed. Everyone I've ever met at this company, from the person who answered the phone to the sales person, to the service manager and field techs, to the owner; all just such excellently skilled people; and good people.

I am still waiting for a repair person to come out. This will be the 4th attempt to get this new unit repaired. Always late. Never prepared for job.

They originally installed the furnace. The fan motor died four years later and was covered under warranty. They charged $110 to come out and diagnose the problem then an additional $300 to replace the fan motor. It took the guy 15 minutes to do the job. I made 3 requests to talk to a service manager to discuss the cost of replacing a warranty covered part and have yet to receive a call. If you are looking for a reasonable service with good communication and customer service you will not find it at Comfort Heating and Air.

They were supposed to order the part and no one has called me back they have hung up on me. They have no supervisor that I can talk to and I am not comfortable that Ià ¢à  à  m gonna get any heat today either. Never have I had such bad customer service.

Excellent experience. Serviceman was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and answered all my questions. Comfort & Air did NOT up charge for coming out on a federal holiday, especially in 90°+ temps, which we greatly appreciated! Reasonable and honest. Scheduling was easy and professional and they kept us up to date with text messages on time of arrival. Will definitely use again and highly recommend! Thank you Comfort Heating & Air!!!
