We LOVE property management! We offer any and all services needed to provide you with a "hands-off" ownership of rental property management. Other companies make repairs without your knowledge up to a certain amount. Not us, any repairs that have to be done, we'll let you know and get your permission before doing anything. When finding and working with tenants, we handle it all. * Perform a credit and background check on each tenant before signing the lease agreement * Collect the security deposits and place them in a separate escrow account * Automatically deposit the rental income into your checking or savings account * Handle evictions if necessary * If possible, we will go to court for you to collect unpaid rent in the event of a lawsuit against former tenants. We understand that your rental property is a major investment and we want to take care of that investment for you. Our contractors are all fully licensed and insured and trusted by us. If we don't trust them to be in our home, we don't trust them to be in your home. Simple as that. Have a home to sell, we can make it happen. Identifying the specific animal running on your roof at night can be challenging without direct observation. Common nocturnal roof visitors include raccoons, squirrels, opossums, and rats. Raccoons are bigger and can create heavy thumping sounds. Squirrels are agile and may produce rapid scurrying noises. Opossums tend to move stealthily with less noise. Rats can make scratching or gnawing sounds. To determine the culprit, look for signs like footprints, droppings, or damaged areas near the roof. For accurate identification, consult a pest control professional or set up wildlife cameras near potential entry points.
The cockroach most easily confused with water bugs is the Oriental cockroach, for several reasons. Their shape is most similar to a water bug, and they’re notorious for seeking out and living near water. If you capture one of these bugs close to a water supply, you can quickly tell if it’s an Oriental roach or a water bug. These roaches are a darker color, and they cannot fly, while water bugs are a lighter brown and can fly to escape.
Some animals, such as bats or birds, will be able to get out of chimneys on their own since they can fly. Other animals, however, may have a harder time and will require the help of a professional to escape. Squirrels and raccoons in particular may become stuck inside a chimney, especially if you have a buildup of soot or creosote inside. This can prevent them from being able to climb out, in which case you’ll need to call an animal control expert to help remove them.
The difference between fruit flies and gnats is the foods they eat. Fruit flies eat overripe fruit and high-fructose organic substances. Fungus gnats live in the soil and feed on houseplants. Both are quite small, but if you can discern their appearance, you'll also notice that fruit flies are a lighter tan color, while fungus gnats are a darker gray or black.
