Other companies make repairs without your knowledge up to a certain amount. Not us, any repairs that have to be done, we'll let you know and get your permission before doing anything. When finding and working with tenants, we handle it all. * Perform a credit and background check on each tenant before signing the lease agreement * Collect the security deposits and place them in a separate escrow account * Automatically deposit the rental income into your checking or savings account * Handle evictions if necessary * If possible, we will go to court for you to collect unpaid rent in the event of a lawsuit against former tenants. We understand that your rental property is a major investment and we want to take care of that investment for you. Our contractors are all fully licensed and insured and trusted by us. If we don't trust them to be in our home, we don't trust them to be in your home. Simple as that. Have a home to sell, we can make it happen.
