"I was/am very please with the work from 1st Service Heating and Air. Just moments after selecting request a quote my phone rang and they setup an appointment for someone to come to the house. Silas was very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He found the issue but could not fix permanently that day, He did provide a temporary fix and returned early the next morning to complete the work as promised. I would recommend them to any one needing help with their HVAC system."

Wowhen our a/cblink on one of the hottest days I was in a panic. But I called the Airdoc and he was very helpful and was able to come and fix our a/c the same day. He finished the job he was on and instead of going home for the night he came and looked at our A/C and fixed it that night. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
