"They were on time and finished in one day. The installers did an extremely professional job. Despite negative reviews, my system is very quiet, works as needed. I/we are most pleased with our purchase. After being in the construction business for over thirty years, my own HVAC people couldn't compete with the pricing we received after the tax credit and that includes figuring the tax credit for the others also. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."
