He found the issue but could not fix permanently that day, He did provide a temporary fix and returned early the next morning to complete the work as promised. "If I could rate Mr. Joseph a "6" I would. He provided same day service and replaced my heating system the following day. Furnace wasn't available locally and would be sent to Lexington within 3 days. Not acceptable to Ernie. He went to the West side of the state to pick the unit up so he could fix our problem the day he originally promised. (10 hour round trip with a motel stay). I would be very surprised if anyone else would do this. He definitely takes pride in providing A-1 service."
