One company called one minute before scheduled and wanted to re-schedule. Chris from USA was on time. We were pleased with his offer and accepted. He scheduled the installation for the next day. William and his helper arrived, set everything up, and went to work. I checked regularly and photographed the attic. When they were through, they thoroughly cleaned the area. We were quite pleased. Shortly after completion, Michael, a company inspector, arrived to check the work. I would give the company an A+."

"Good guy who goes above and beyond the contract. We hired him to add additional insulation in our attic. Not only did he do that, he also sealed the cracks and holes where bats where entering our house, and disposed of the guano from the bats at no additional cost! When he finished, the insulation, he recommended spraying the perimeter of the house for stink bugs, box elder bugs, and ants. We haven't seen any of them since he did that. His prices are very reasonable, and his knowledge is unbelievable for a man his age. Definitely would recommend him to anyone."

We selected the Pella option due to they are the only manufacturer that offers the blinds installed a 3rd window even though it was much more expensive than other options. The installation crew arrived at the time agreed, and did a great job. Kevin the lead installer ensured that we got what we wanted. They were all courteous and professional. Also, Matt came out when they started and when they were finishing to ensure we were happy. The result is a great looking door that requires very little maintenance."
