They added a sunroom/addition, took out a deck and replaced with a concrete patio, disassembled the pergola on the deck and reassembled it on the new patio while also adding a metal roof to it, and re-sided the entire house (also adding house wrap). They were timely. They communicated very well. They did great work. I never wondered if it would be one of the horror stories you hear about contractors taking the money and then ghosting you. "This was a major project, involving a great deal of excavating, block-work, building a 2 car garage with a master bedroom and en suite above. Given the scope of the work this was a lengthy project and involved a lot of different subcontract work but Phelps and Sons made sure this work was done correctly and to our satisfaction. You can count on this crew to take your concerns seriously and they will make sure you are happy with the job.

A&A, in extremely quick fashion, went from an official quote, to a contract, to job completion in four weeks. I had a garage that needed to be replaced. They built a BEAUTIFUL garage, they built a BEAUTIFUL deck on top of the garage for social events. They were fast, they worked hard, they worked weekends (yes, Sundays too) to get the job done right.
