Tom brought in additional crew to help out and keep things moving along. The guys were very precise and made sure that tile and other things were installed exactly how you wanted. We were particular about the finishes so we picked out all the flooring, cabinetry, stone/tile, and plumbing with some input from Jorge. They did a great job installing it all. Jorge and Oscar were also instrumental in the design of the home theater, and I handled the sound system and wiring to fit their design. As with any project this size, there were a few minor things that would be overlooked but Jorge was always responsive and made sure everything was perfect before closing out the project.
