"They repaired water damage in a bedroom and a bathroom. Did a fabulous job in doing a through and complete repair of the two rooms. John the project manager walked my wife I through planning, selecting materials, fixtures and all the countless things we never thought of. The final result is stunning. Beautiful craftsmanship and work. On final walk through I pointed out a couple minor things I noticed that needed attention. Very nitpicking of me. "Mario was very responsive and easy to get in touch with for any questions. Everything happened in a very timely manner. I was expecting for the project to take a while from when I contacted Aventus to when it was done but, given the smaller scope of the work, we were done in no time. Having remodeled a bathroom before with a different company this was very unexpected but very appreciated. Fortino and Brandon were the ones completing the work and were very good about stopping at various stages to show me the work that had been completed thus far. Part of the remodel was to fix a leak and they made sure to show me how they were fixing the damage so I was comfortable with what was being done. They even made additional suggestions unrelated to the project to help control water coming from the shower which I appreciated. The completed project looked great! We would definitely have them again for another remodel if one were to come up."

Before deciding on Custom Home Medic, we received one other estimate from a contractor recommended by our realtor which was the same cost but did not include any upgrades, only repairs. It was very general whereas Custom Home Medic was very specific & transparent in itemizing costs. We replaced bathroom flooring (4 baths), replaced kitchen countertop (tile) with granite, & added a backsplash. All interior doors and hardware were changed as well as upgraded light fixtures, MB windows replaced, new basement carpeting, paint throughout including baseboards & many misc repairs. We were well-informed about the progress and about minor cost adjustments which were all made within budget. All work was completed within the time frame expected and our house sold the first day on the market for more than our asking price.
