World Class Restoration

We are seeking a complete refund of the deposit amounts we have already paid immediately (we paid them immediately upon signing the contract) and expect a refund just a quickly - Deposit amount totals: $3,993.06, plus the cost to replace the black aluminum fencing panels that was provided to them by us - Replacement Cost: $2,106 (see attached quote for exact items replacement costs). The work crew destroyed them by cutting into them (these should never have had to have been cut down at all. The panels are completely unusable now as they are no longer the correct length and the panel screws and brackets are completely missing which does not allow us to reinstall the existing panels. They destroyed our property (the supplied aluminum fencing panels, screws & brackets) during the install and it cannot be salvaged and will have to be repurchased. We have attached a breakdown of what the replacement items would cost to repurchase in order to correctly reinstall the fence. We just want our money back and any lost funds due to having to reorder items needed to complete the fence that we had already supplied. We do not want to work with them any further as we have no trust level that they will come in and complete the reinstall correctly. The last text with the owner indicated he was to come out the next day to discuss further with us how to resolve. That was on Monday, September 1, 2025, at 5:11pm. He never showed up and we have never heard back from him.

We were very pleased with this company and the workers. Especially John who worked in humidity all day. We would hire then again. But...we are NOT PLEASED WITH ANGIE!!! One guy came out here gave us an estimate we never heard from him again......called ANGI several times put on hold and left on hold for hours. I finally got hold of a rep and he said he would cancel my subscription as I am not pleased with ANGI as a company. I was told I could cancel anytime but that is a lie!!!! It was amazing. Jay and his team were very productive, CLEAN, and professional. The three quotes I got they had the best price and they also did the best job. He was very transparent, communicative, and friendly throughout the whole process, I felt like I had known him forever. It was excellent. They did everything that they have communicated that would be done at a very high quality result. Jay and Jon we’re a pleasure to work with and they accommodated me with a few extras. Seeing as I am a senior citizen and the discount for that was amazing. Good people very knowledgeable took my 1956 bathroom that had never been worked on before horrible tile metal medicine cabinet everything original now it's all new tub and surround sink vanity mirror toilet floor doors looks beautiful I really liked the crew very polite professional would definitely recommend them to my friends and family

There was one little hiccup, but Jay made everything right! The deck, ramp, steps, gate, and railings are beautiful!! Work was accomplished in a timely manner and at a reasonable price! Jay made sure I understood what materials would be used and all work that would be included. He was especially patient with an old lady who had trouble making up her mind!

World Class Restoration has been great with us. So much so, that we have used their services for the second time. We are finishing our basement in small steps. They’ve been so accommodating with us each step we are ready to do. They were able to build us a storage room, complete with electrical and racks to make our chaos, more bearable. This second round we ask them to close in and create a separate room for utility and furnace equipment as our boys are getting older. Next step will be the bathroom. Jay is so responsive and able to accommodate our busy schedules. We fully trusted him and his team to come in while being home with the boys. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! The workmanship, attention to details, quality of materials, and follow through were all superb. Jay, the owner, took time to know what I wanted in the addition as a replacement to the old deck and kept communicating what was being done and why. I would definitely recommend World Class Restoration for home improvement or repair projects.

Great, everything he said they would do they did a great job, the deck looks great,also removed swing set. They did such a great job,I am having them do a fence. I recommend him without hesitating ,you won't regret it. The price is excellent and the work is first rate. Thank you Jay

Jay and his employees did a great job on replacing some deck boards on my deck. They were all very helpful , polite and professional. It was a small job but they still showed up on time and appreciated that I hired them for the job. I had two other companies not show up at all or call to cancel. Rebuilt entire porch re-enforced area for a swing and sealed the wood

The team at World Class Restoration did a great job removing all the old cedar lap siding, installing new James Hardie siding, cleaning up, painting and reinstalling outside lighting. The job was done on schedule.
