I was in desperate need of a full kitchen remodel, from my floor to the drywall to the ceiling, the whole kitchen sink of you will ( pun intended) I contacted CSI and spoke with owner John, after a pleasant conversation he directed me to a veteran contractor of his, Cuban. Now im not a expert by any means, but Ruban was able to concisely explain clearly all that was recommended, and needed, done after his walk through and estimate. To include honest and accurate pricing ( i did my research after), to say I felt comfortable moving forward is a surety. Ruban came in on time and was diligent in all expectations moving through the remodel. New flooring, sub floor, tile, drywall, paint, a luxurious island, new plumbing installed, new lighting, cabinets.... everything, and I tell you, worth every penny. I am so glad I found CSI, I appreciate y'all so much. It's no wonder Mr. Whitmoyer and his company have been around almost as long I have LOL. I recommend them to anyone who asks, and I suggest you do the same!

I contacted CSI for a remodel job on my grandparents home, needing a full kitchen and bathroom remodel and modernization for handicap accessibility for them . Ruban was the contractor assigned to the job and I couldn’t have been more happy with his communication in breaking down projections in work and all related costs. He was knowledgeable and fair in all respects. This same expertise was reflected in the follow through in work all the way to the completion of the project, and in an accurate time frame to what was explained to me. To say I’m content with the delivery and final project if everything needed, is a vast understatement. CSI and Ruban are top notch in every way and I can understand why they have been leaders in their fields for 50+ years and still counting. Would I use CSI again for future needs? Most definitely. It’s hard these days to find a contractor that knows what they are doing in every facet, from estimate to final completion. Thank you Ruban. Thank you CSI.

CSI, and specifically Przemek Rabin, did great work for us on our property. When I called John, he answered the phone, took the time to talk with me and understand what the situation was. Once I had Przemek go over there and give us a bid, their value and pricing was fair, they got to work. They completed the work and additional work necessary for the property almost 2 weeks quicker than quoted. Przemek kept us up to date and informed of everything as well as sent photos almost daily to let us know how things were progressing. It wasn't an easy process, and there was a few hiccups along the way, but we got through it and hope to use their services again. Highly recommend!

A bathroom remodel is something my husband and I have discussed for a long time and finally decided to move forward this year. We hired Construction Services of Indianapolis do this project for us. We are very happy with the outcome. José and Gisell were very pleasant to work with and answered every question we had and always wanted to make sure we were happy with the process. The two crew members, Mauricio and Alex, who were here everyday were both extremely professional, friendly, and hard working. I really can't say enough about their work ethic - working from the minute they arrived until they left, and even staying late to finish a task they were working on. They represented your company very well. If I could give one suggestion it would be a need to improve communication between the homeowner and the project manager (not sure of title). I feel that a regular call or email from them giving a status update of the job, outline any problems, give an anticipated finish date would have been great. Overall we are extremely pleased with our remodel and would recommend CSI, Inc.

Working with John and Freddy has been an absolute pleasure on our basement kitchen and downstairs bathroom. We had water damage. Lots of it. John made the insurance process very seamless and got our home looking better than ever before. Magnificent!!! Freddy and Paul were respondent to all of my concerns immediately to design changes and alterations. The clean-up was immaculate. All remodeling was completed timely and on schedule. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful, and I’m picky. They throughly remodeled my kitchen, master bath and basement They made a four seasons sunroom/office out of my back porch. The best thing I can say about Construction Services of Indpls and John Whitmoyer , the owner, is John provided one stop shopping for my entire house including every detail. From the electrical, plumbing, heating/air, granite countertops to flooring and every other detail. I throughly enjoyed the entire process.

We could not be more pleased with the work of CSI's Oscar Moran, who handled the complete overhaul of our bathroom. We have a smallish bathroom - the only one in the house - and Oscar came to give us a price on ripping down the walls and ceiling, ripping up the floor and rebuilding the whole thing. We had a design but Oscar was SO helpful in leading us through important things to think about. We picked Oscar over other contractors because he seemed immediately like someone we could work with, who could we talk things over with and who would be practical with us as we worked through problems. And there were some. Termite damage, plumbing weirdness, uneven joists. In every case, Oscar talked over options with us, made recommendations and cheerfully proceeded with whatever we decided. In several cases, Oscar called us in before he completed some work to make suggestions that he thought would improve what we had originally planned — and he was right every time. In addition, he was an absolutely professional and his work was flawless. We are thrilled with our bathroom and his amazing work. Thanks to Oscar and CSI.

Oscar was the man in charge and Mario was his assistant. Oscar was an excellent contractor and completely demolished and finished my kitchen in 3 weeks last October 2019. I still smile every time I look at my new kitchen. Oscar was very conscientious and strived to do the very best work possible. What I learned about renovating an old home, (mine is 56yo), is that you never know what your going to find behind the walls and that nothing is straight or level anymore. Oscar unveiled many surprises behind the walls but was able to quickly, creatively and cost efficiently remedy whatever problems he encountered. I think that is the true measure of a good contractor. Oscar definitely went out of his way to make my kitchen constructively very sound inside and out. Oscar cleaned up very well every day and only served to please.

Oscar Moran was our contractor from CSI. He did a great job for us, getting it done on budget and on time. He and his crew took special precautions to be masked and gloved, and Oscar kept us apprised about the work at all times. I'd hire him and CSI again, definitely!

Everything went well and we are very happy with the end result. Full remodel of our main bathroom. Included taking out a closet to make more room for a second sink. Oscar did a great job handling issues that came up and communicated well to keep the job on time and on budget. Overall, very happy with the experience and would recommend their services. The dollar amount listed is labor only.

We were lucky enough to find construction services of indianapolis. We had just gained possession of our new home. Our project included knocking down a wall, installing hardwood (in 3 rooms), a new backsplash in the kitchen and installing an island. In addition the kitchen cabinets needed to be replaced. Construction services of indianapolis handled all aspects of the job including plumbing, electrical, lighting design and sconces all aspects of the job were handled amazingly, quickly and efficiently. We contacted Construction services of indianapolis through constructionservicesofindpls.com, Freddie came out right away to take measurements, talk budget and timeline. He is professional, on-time and awesome at his job. Throughout the course of the project, Freddie found ways to save us money by working with the right people for everything that we needed. In addition Oscar was great at communicating with us and made sure that we were happy every step of the way. John Whitmoyer has certainly put together an incredible team. We plan on hiring CSI for our next project.

This was our second time working with CSI, specifically with their contractor, Oscar Moran. He remodeled our bathroom last year and we were quick to contact them again for the, much larger, remodel of our kitchen! Oscar did an excellent job and we would definitely have him back again for future projects. Our kitchen remodel was quite extensive. It included removal of a load bearing plaster wall and replacing plaster walls with drywall, removal of tile flooring and refinishing the hardwoods underneath, cabinet, countertop and appliance installation, recessed lighting movement, reframing doors and windows, adding a gas line for our range, plumbing, electrical, and a beautiful tile backsplash. He did pretty much everything for us, and did it beautifully! He also stuck to his predetermined timeline of 3 weeks. Oscar is a joy to work with. He communicated well with us about any issues that arose (which happened a few times with our 90 year old home). He managed to make our brand new kitchen compliment our old, character-filled home beautifully. We can't say enough wonderful things about this company.

Guest bathroom remodel project went very well; extremely happy with the results. Work included tear out, new ceiling (to correct an uneven beam; drywall, textured and painted); installed 3D porcelain tile on one wall; skim coat, sanded and painted 3 walls; installed vanity, sink, faucets, toilet, mirror, wall light, ceiling exhaust fan/light, baseboards, quartz countertop. Team (Felipe, Freddy, and Paulino) was professional, courteous, and very responsive to our requests. We selected and purchased the materials (most through Prosource) and CSI installed everything.

We wanted to do a complete remodel of our upstairs master suite, which included ripping out a wall and completely gutting the bathroom, plus removing carpet in the bedroom, painting, swapping out light fixtures, etc. Oscar did a tremendous job. He kept the space super-clean, paid outstanding attention to detail, and helped us in making smart recommendations. He kept the project on time and on budget and delivered on every request we made. We were pleased with every aspect of the job and wouldn't hesitate to use Oscar again.

We felt extremely comfortable with Freddy, Paulino and their entire team and having them come and go from our home whether we were home or not. Anytime I had a question, Freddy was quick to respond and Paulino was always willing to make adjustments to make sure I was happy with the final product. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would be happy to use this team again for similar projects. Compared to other quotes we received their price was amazing for the quality of work we received!

John Paul and Freddie at CSI created the kitchen of my dreams. The miraculous attention to detail in design and execution was fantastic . From California cabinets to wine rack to customized lighting and sconces it’s beautiful. I’ve had many remodeling projects done but none so clean and perfect. Definitely a 5 star company and crew. They will be back in March for basement and master bath.

A top-rate experience from start to finish! We received plans and quotes from three contractors, and read in Angie's List several years of glowing reviews about CSI and their contractor, Oscar Moran. We are so glad that we chose Oscar! His ideas for our redesign were simply the best. Oscar also provided us with a solid project plan and excellent contacts with vendors, which made our selections better and our confidence in the final outcome higher. The renovation included removing and replacing floors with hardwood and tile; cabinet, counter, appliance, lighting removal and replacement, also creation of a new pantry. Oscar kept us apprised at each step in the renovation of what he would be doing next and why. He provided and stuck to a daily schedule, and also met the timeline for project completion. Oscar solved the problems that come with any major older home renovation in a professional and cost-effective manner, and guided our decision-making through the entire project. We admired his attention to detail as he worked; phrases frequently heard from Oscar during the renovation were, "It has to be perfect," and "I want it to be what will make you happy." Our new kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room are perfectly beautiful and we are truly very happy with the results. Working with Oscar was one of the best experiences we have had in over 30 years of home ownership. His knowledge of every facet of the project was truly impressive. Oscar is an outstanding professional, clearly focused on customer service and satisfaction. He brings state of the art skills and an old-world craftsmanship that surpassed our expectations. This is the SECOND time I hired this company this year to do some work. You can refer back to my review on 3/5/18 as to how pleased I was with the work completed by Oscar. This time, I decided to upgrade from an old bathtub to a stand up shower with a bench. Needless to say, I was again very impressed with the work done by Oscar.
