After showing Chris photos of what had happened he immediately got his guys to come in on a Saturday to install all new downstairs flooring. I immediately felt comfortable with his crew. "I have had numerous people and companies out over the years for various projects but CustomHome Medic was without a doubt the best company Iâ ve worked with. First Russ came and assessed the problems . I had years of water damage under the kitchen sink and was now affecting the floor. They replaced the floor and even attended to other issues such as a water line that other companies had merely zip tied. They were very precise and attentive to every detail. They also adapted to changes in the original work order. Replacing a threshold, adding a deadbolt and moving my ceiling light-Twice ! They replaced all the doors upstairs with regular, bi-fold and sliding glass. This was a repair from a previous botched job, but Larry and Chris made sure they fit perfectly. They really have a lot of pride in their work and it shows. The final project was a tearing out and replacing a shower. Russ provided me with 3 price points to help save money and a tons of options. It is absolutely Stunning. !! I just love how beautiful it is. When I selected tile we found out it had been discontinued and Russ went above and beyond to find some just like it. Larry made sure that the giant hole in my family room from the shower water damaged was repaired to look like nothing ever happened. Larry and Chris are very skilled and great to work with. The owner Adam was onsite frequently and actually did my shower because the guys were busy with another job and he didnâ t want me to have to wait a week until they finished. Really so so glad I called them. Told my daughter about them and she is having all new flooring and kitchen remodeling done. Everyone did their absolute best to make this a well-done and stress-free experience. I Other estimates were thousands more and included work that Russ told me most likely did t need to be done. Honest and reassuring. Also had Larry and Chris remove and replace all the upstairs doors and install new glass sliders, bi- fold and regular doors that instantly updated the look in all the rooms. Again, work was started on time, completed when promised and done the right way. Unlike the previous workers I had hired. The final Project was the most involved. Tearing out and replacing the upstairs shower. Russ gave me estimates with 3 different price points to help me save money. Again, even the highest one was less than 2 other well-known restoration companies quoted me. There was such a wide selection of materials"

"While my wife and I are satisfied with the final cosmetic appearance of the shower, the overall execution fell short of the professional standard we expected. The project started late, forcing me to use an extra day of vacation time. The quote of $559 for supplies explicitly listed "Hardie Backer Board" and "flashing tape." The team installed drywall and did not use the tape. They also used the caulk/adhesive I provided, despite those items being included in the materials charge. The subsequent $100 deduction was insufficient. The completed shower pan creaked loudly. The fix?drilling holes and injecting foam?resolved the noise but left the pan slightly unlevel. Debris was often left on the premises overnight (e.g., the old tub in the front yard; trash pile in the driveway). The shelf that should have been installed was in the pile. Crew members were hardworking, however, issues regarding communication, billing transparency, and quality control impacted the experience. "

"They repaired water damage in a bedroom and a bathroom. Did a fabulous job in doing a through and complete repair of the two rooms. John the project manager walked my wife I through planning, selecting materials, fixtures and all the countless things we never thought of. The final result is stunning. Beautiful craftsmanship and work. On final walk through I pointed out a couple minor things I noticed that needed attention. Very nitpicking of me. Those couple of items were addressed quickly and better than I expected or asked for. I recommend working with D R J Construction for quality and stunning workmanship."

"We are seeking a complete refund of the deposit amounts we have already paid immediately (we paid them immediately upon signing the contract) and expect a refund just a quickly - Deposit amount totals: $3,993.06, plus the cost to replace the black aluminum fencing panels that was provided to them by us - Replacement Cost: $2,106 (see attached quote for exact items replacement costs). The work crew destroyed them by cutting into them (these should never have had to have been cut down at all. The panels are completely unusable now as they are no longer the correct length and the panel screws and brackets are completely missing which does not allow us to reinstall the existing panels. They destroyed our property (the supplied aluminum fencing panels, screws & brackets) during the install and it cannot be salvaged and will have to be repurchased. We have attached a breakdown of what the replacement items would cost to repurchase in order to correctly reinstall the fence. We just want our money back and any lost funds due to having to reorder items needed to complete the fence that we had already supplied. We do not want to work with them any further as we have no trust level that they will come in and complete the reinstall correctly. The last text with the owner indicated he was to come out the next day to discuss further with us how to resolve. That was on Monday, September 1, 2025, at 5:11pm. He never showed up and we have never heard back from him."
