"A&D stepped in to take on this project when we had to 'fire' the original contractor for a variety of reasons (long story). A&D did the demolition of the old cabinets and coordinated the electrical and plumbing updates, painting, backsplash installation and detail work such as installing a new pantry door. We were installing IKEA cabinets and used a company that does this work for IKEA around the country and the same for countertop fabrication and installation. We had used A&D for water mitigation problems previously and found the company to be reliable, responsive in an emergency, professional, friendly and easy to work with. This was consistently true with the kitchen renovation where there was added complexity with the number of service providers involved. We are starting our next project with A&D in early January with a master bath reno, laundry/utility room repair and installation of new hardwood floors - all being done due to a water leak that A&D handled. A&D has already been involved with this project, providing guidance through the insurance claim process which, through no fault of A&D's, was very frustrating and took months. It's really a relief to have a service provider you can trust."

Note that although the installer's work exceeded our expectations, the agency/dispatcher was a bit disorganized. This is most likely due to being overwhelmed by responses to a large number of good promotions currently offered by Legacy Window & Door. This is the only reason we didn't give an A for every rating category."
