"Overall, it went well. This project involved not only the sump pump drains, but also improvements to downspouts drainage and adding a drain to an area of our backyard where water runs off a hill. It involved removing rocks from a landscaped dry creek drainage area and placing a large drain pipe to handle the volume of water from both the sump pump and the hillside. When I advised them that the end of the drainage pipe at the street was not placed in the best location, the owner of the company came out and found a good solution and the staff corrected the problem very promptly. The owner assured me he would make sure we were completely satisfied with their work, and he made sure that happened.
Prior to the project beginning, the owner offered to meet with our next door neighbor to discuss what they would be doing, since the work was at the border of our yards and slightly impacted his yard..
We have used this company a number of times in the past couple of years and are satisfied with their performance. We will continue to use them in the future.

"Showed up on time and were very courteous and professional when speaking about the project. Snaked the main sewer drain, one toilet and replaced one toilet. When using a snake to unblock a toilet, they made quite a mess on the walls. Was never cleaned by them or told about it before they left. Found it after they finished the job. The toilet they installed runs after flushing. Have to constantly wiggle the handle after flushes."

He was helpful in explaining what he thought the problem was and then gave options for how he could take care of it. He fixed the issue and stayed to make sure everything was draining well. "I initially contacted Cindy on 11/12/2012. I had to leave a message and she called me back in a day or 2. I explained what I wanted and she asked if I wanted it done before Thanksgiving. I advised no, but I would like it done by Christmas. She said Chris would need to stop by and see exactly what I wanted and she would check with him and then let us know when he could come by. Christmas came and went and we did not hear back from them. We went on vacation in January and when we returned we called them again the first of February. Chris and his helper did stop by in the next few days and we determined what type of sink and faucet I wanted. Chris said it should be in stock and he would have Cindy call me about setting up a time for the next week. I didn't hear from them that week and when I called the next week Cindy said they had to order the sink and it would be in in 3 weeks which would be 3/11/13. It finally came in later than estimated and Conrad came to install on 3/23/2013. He pulled my old sink and faucets and was putting plumbing together on new sink when he discovered the sink was defective. They said they would have to reorder and would contact me when they received it. Long story long, the new sink was finally delivered and installed on 4/10/2013. We do realize that the defective sink was not their fault but the whole experience was very frustating. In the end, we were pleased with the product and the installation. Conrad did a very nice job installing and cleaning up.
Overall, customer service and communication were not the best.

"We have a well, and were concerned about water safety. Water smelled, and left colored deposits in sinks, toilets. Clothes from washer lost their newness look and feel. We had our water lab tested, discovered we had E-coli, hardness, iron, and tannin. Mark's company also collected a water sample and their results matched what we already had discovered. Mark Timmons' presentation was so clear and concise, thoroughly explained my options, showed several options. We decided we needed to do everything we could to get safe water, water that tastes good, and did not smell. Installation was no problem, and the installer was very meticulous and neat. Removed all existing containers, etc. Cleaned up everything. He even cleaned out the items stored under kitchen sink to make room for Reverse Osmosis system. After the installation, I had the water analyzed again by the lab, and it was perfect in every way: no E-coli, etc. Water has no taste, great soap lather in shower and kitchen sink soap, shower head has better pressure. Clothes look better. I even use the water dispenser for the clothes iron, and use the water in my CPAP machine. This saves me going to the store and buying distilled water, about a dollar a week savings in that item alone. I think that my salt purchases are down, but can't really substantiate that, didn't keep track of $ spent on previous water softener. We are totally pleased with every aspect of this experience."

"The job went very well. All of the employees were pleasant and helpful and took the time to explain what was happening and what my options were. They initially came to unclog a blockage ($99 charge) and attempted to unclog it for 2+ hours before they realized it might be a bigger issue. Because they did not solve the issue they did not charge me for that initial visit and came back with a camera to diagnose the issue, which was a collapsed sewer line. I was impressed and happy at the level of comittment to solving the problem they demonstrated to solving the problem.
