Showed up early, was polite, w Had enough hose that truck did not need to drive on lawn. Loosened sludge and pumped out tank quickly.

We bought a new house and the previous owner said he didn't think a septic tank ever needed to be pumped and they were in the house 25 years. But Powers had no trouble getting it pumped out in the time originally estimated. I gave a B on price because most people I talked to said they paid between 175 and 225 but Powers was 250.

They came out same day. He identified a part of the system that wasn't working and could've severely cost us had he not informed us. He was able to provide us with a business that could do the work for a reasonable price. On top of being professional and knowledgeable, he was a really friendly guy!

We called and Frank powers came out, in the rain, after hours, and not only pumped our tank, but gave us advice on what to do with our old system, and gave us several contractor names who could do what needs to be done to save our system.

This is the ONLY company I would ever use for septic . I have several rentals with septics and they are excellent, professional, prompt and fairly priced. I have use them for years on lots of projects and they never disappoint me and I'm hard to please.

Excellent. Was the ONLY company to call back in a timely manner. Called back over a holiday weekend, came out the next day, did the work professionally and referred me to a pump provider to replace my worn out one.
