By far worse company I have dealt with. Called them last Thursday and they set me up any appointment for Friday. I then call Friday to see why they haven’t came out. They then told me that they forgot to put me on their calendar. So we setup a appointment for the upcoming Monday. They just got here and looked at our system and said that they would need to install a new system and wanted to charge us 14k to do it. Keep in mind we just put new furnace and Central air unit in 2019 in this house. Called out another company after summers was here and they company came out and looked and found a hole in the line set. They only quoted us 300 for line set and 600 for Freon refill. So I’ll take that 900 bill instead of these losers trying to bend me over for 14k? be careful this company prays on low income people of Anderson all the time.

Ryan came out on Monday and completed a free quote, going over all of my questions and explaining what he could fix with the problem a previous plumbing company had left us with. I specifically requested to have him come back and today (Thurs), he came first thing and complete the job efficiently and correctly. So thankful for the great service!

they gave me a estimate which ended up being triple what i got it for. i trust them they come out 4 times a year to check different problems which could arise and tell me what i need to do. i have had them do work for me and it was done perfectly,,,i wonder if i should not get at least one more estimate before automatically pay them....however they do good work. sorry if this is not what you wanted for a reference.

I think it was 99 bucks. It was a special. It was a good deal. It as just one guy. It took about an hour. He took care of it. I seen their signs around in the neighborhood, some yard signs and stuff. Neighbors had used them. They were just kind in front of mind I believe. They were very professional.

Our ac went out and the maintenance man, Andy, showed up promptly and worked hard to figure out the problem. He was friendly, even taking time to talk to my young children. He was very compassionate when giving us the news of a very expensive repair that would need to be done. he made the diagnoses on a Friday and had all the repairs done Monday. The installer that came was a different person, but he was very nice and worked hard as well. I would highly recommend this company. Also get the maintenance plan, it saved us quite a bit with this very expensive repair.

I just call them and they just show up including 9:00 at night on a bitter cold Saturday night. They came out here and got the job done. He was out here in less than an hour. I appreciated the club that they have been able for us to join so it won’t cost us much for house calls. The bill would normally have been more than twice than what we paid.
