These guys "Jimmy and Brian" brought in an Electric Sewer Drain Cleaner, and worked on clearing the line, time after time,... then Jimmy told me they were gonna being in the "BIG Sewer Line Machine",... time and time again, they tried to punch through what ever the obstruction was,... without results. I was afraid they were just gonna give up and leave. NOPE, Jimmy and Brian kept at it, they went above and beyond the call of duty and kept trying to punch through the obstruction. Their determination, perseverance, and persistence, finally paid off. I was so happy, I kept Thanking these guys over and over,.. and Jimmy told me "I love my job",... This Company has some GREAT, determined employees, who not only go the extra mile, but they never got upset, or gave up,.. through the entire time, about 3 solid hours, they were polite, and professional ! Did a great job and gave us better options for keeping the drain clean other than using Drano.

We called on a very wet day and they had emergency flooding at commercial sites. They were delayed getting to us, but cleared the problem in about an hour. They were professional and efficient.

Called R&S on Sunday afternoon and they came out that evening at no extra charge. the technician (Jimmy) had been here a few years before and remembered how the drain was set up. His approach to cabling the line was very thorough. He even went back over a couple of areas to make sure all the obstructions were removed. He explained causes of backups. Very friendly, polite, and professional.

Fantastic job at a very fair price. My normal plumber wasn't able to take on the work because he was booked, so he recommended me to call R and S Sewer (he has other clients that used them in the past and spoke highly of the work they do). I called R and S Sewer around 8:45 PM and spoke with Tammy. She was so nice and accommodating. She told me that she would have someone come over the next day. Mike called me the next day and was at my house within 10 minutes. He was very professional and did a great job. I am so pleased with the work, and the price was very reasonable. I'd recommend R and S Sewer to family, friends, and neighbors.

Went well - they are good people. Snaked through the roof vent instead of removing a commode and snaking. (Would have had to charge more, and bringing a large electric snake into a small laundry room can be **** ** a house.) Wouldn't hesitate to recommend / use again.

I initially called R & S Sewer cleaning as I thought my drain blockage was in my main drain. After a couple of minutes it was determined that I was wrong and that it was only the kitchen drain. As a footnote, when I greeted the plumber he asked me if I remembered him from when he was in my sixth grade class many years prior. I am proud to say that I did!

Absolutely great. They came when they said they would, they cleared roots out of the sewer pipe leading to the street, they discussed with us how to keep the pipe clear in the future, and they charged a fair price.

Wow! Mike was able to clear a clog that two other companies were unable to, and for half the price. I highly recommend Mike and his company if you have a clogged sewer line.

went well - drain cleared. they had cleaned the line about 4 weeks before but apparently a mass of tree roots was just beyond the prior cleaning point. we were experiencing slow draining when using the washing machine, so called them back. they were very accommodating," re-rootered" the line and did not charge us for this second service.

We left a message on Wednesday evening (after hours) and received a return call within 30 minutes. We were the second job of the day and the first job took longer than anticipated. However, when I called to check, Tammy confirmed that our line would be cleaned that day. James & Tammy arrived, introduced themselves and got to work. Within 45 minutes, our line was cleared and they recommended an annual cleaning due to all the trees in our yard. Very professional.
