Our records indicate that we visited your home once on September 30, 2024, at which time you chose to sign up for an annual membership. On that day, you utilized the free camera scope that comes with the membership—a service that is normally a $300 charge, but was provided to you at no cost. Your membership includes waived trip charges, a 10% discount on completed work, and several free benefits, including a plumbing inspection, water heater flush, water quality test, main sewer line cleaning, and a follow-up camera inspection. All of these benefits are still available for you to use, except the camera scope. "[Member Name Removed], As we discussed this morning, it is unfortunate that you believe we provided you a 1-star service. We recognize that we arrived earlier than your requested timeframe, however, our technician started his evaluation and went over options with you after your requested limitation. The options Rich provided were based on his evaluation where he provided an option to call Rheem to troubleshoot your 10+ year old tankless (that option was not $600 as you mentioned above). When you called our office after the service, we sympathized for arriving early and offered to provide a free second opinion. As discussed during your phone call with Carrie, we set you up for a first appointment with an arrival between 8am-10am. Ryan arrived at 9:04am to begin his evaluation and at this point, I do not understand where you believe we went wrong. We recognized our mistake in arriving early, refunded your $99 trip charge and offered a free second opinion. If there is anything more we can do for you, I’d be happy to chat again. Sincerely, Hope"
