Gavin, along with his supervisor Jen and her crew, worked tirelessly to identify and correct the issue. Their dedication and professionalism truly stood out. We were having drain issues on a Friday night. We finally called Mr. Plumber after checking reviews on Angie's list. Once we called, they responded quickly. They were up front on the estimated cost per hour. They came out late Friday evening and tried to clear the drain, going almost 100 feet in without any luck. They said they would need to come back the next day and do a camera inspection. They did their camera inspection and still could not get a good view after some distance in the pipe due to the blockage, but had an idea on where the blockage was. They said at that point they would have to dig in the yard to get the pipe. They took care of getting the permits from the city and worked with them on the inspections to complete the work. Despite the high cost, we were able to get most the work covered by making a claim to our homeowners insurance because of how long it took. I would recommend them.

Fantastic from start to finish. 3 guys showed up at 9am and it was an all day job, finishing up around 630pm. They kept me informed during the day of what was going on and they cleaned up well. The results of their work couldn't be better - the water quality and the water pressure are amazing and they solved the problems we were having that no other plumber could (or would). I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

We initially called them about a clogged drain. I had mentioned on the phone while scheduling that my husband believed the line may have been frozen by the cold snap. I felt like I should not have said that because when the tech came out and saw that it was stopped up he didn't really do much but gave us a quote to have the drain from our kitchen sink re-routed. Some time later, after trying several things ourselves, we had them come back and snake the drain. Turns out it was just clogged, not frozen, and didn't need to be re-routed. I ended paying for two service calls when the tech could have resolved the issue on the first visit, had he done more than just look at the drain.

They were able to fix everything. It was an emergency situation so I looked at my Angie's List publication. When I called, a very pleasant very helpful woman assisted me. She put me on the list for the on call person. Within a couple of hours she called me back and said John will be here after the present service call he is on. John was very nice and very professional. He answered all of the questions that I had. I couldn't have asked for anyone nicer or more helpful. I am very thankful for the professional expertise that John provided. Mr Plumber by Metzler & Hallam are now my go to plumber.
