Everdry Waterproofing was great from the start of the process till the end. And since with any questions that may have come up. Plus, great with the warranty process too. I have referred them to anyone that has asked me "how has everything been going with my basement". 2 people have used "Everdry Waterproofing ", that I know. They have been very happy with the results also!

The team that installed our system worked very hard for a few days to get the job done. But.... Everdry has been back for warranty 4 or 5 times now.... The salesman said they would dig down until they saw no cracks in the block but Everytime warranty has had to come out it was because they did not dig deep enough from the start. Everyone that has came out to the house to do the physical work has been very professional and super nice. It have been almost a year since the install and I have to give it to them warranty comes out every time I call and are usually fit me in before the date they give me over the phone which is nice. And honestly for the most part the system works, we have not flooded in the basement since the install but as of right now we do still get a wet spot on wall here and there and the corners still get wet too but they are coming out again in the next few days so we will see if they finally get it stopped.

Everdry came out and had everything installed within 4 days! We did have an issue after and they got someone out asap to look at the problem and get us on the books to have it fixed. Great workers and great service

I had a good experience with Everdry of Greater Indianapolis. Firstly I do not usually do business from a knock on the door. I’m glad I excepted a free inspection. I found more issues than I was allowing myself to face. This was an expensive investment I could no longer afford to put off. It’s been almost a year since the waterproofing of my basement which consists of inside and outside improvements. I had an issue with sealing off air coming into my basement that was fixed when they returned. I had an issue with the outside piping making a hole in the ground because of all the water that was moving through the pipes flushing water away from my house, basement which was fixed with a cement plate underneath the end of the pipe. The ground was not level because of settling after outside irrigation installed but that was taken care of as well. I remember a three to maybe four day process and minimal 6 to 8 guys working towards the last day. Professional and courteous! Deadline was met!

My experience with Everdry has been excellent. From the initial basement waterproofing, over ten years ago, through two calls upon the lifetime guarantee for minor repairs of dampness on the basement floor, I have nothing but high praise for the efficiency of response and the effectiveness of process and workmanship demonstrated by Everdry of Greater Indiana. While we didn't do the original waterproofing (the previous homeowners did), it's been great that the warranty was transferrable because we had a small leak under the basement stairs that was fixed within days of requesting service at no cost. So far the warranty has been as good as advertised, which is rare these days. We also plan to rip out some old cabinets and they are going to come back for free to finish the waterproofing behind the cabinets where it really needs to be. Very happy with their service over the past 3 years we've lived in this home.

I like the overall finished product, they did have to come back one time under warranty. The customer service has been great!

Everdry completed out basement inspection and ultimately our basement foundation repair. Both the inspection and repair teams were polite and courteous. They were able to complete the repair in 2 days despite the rain and chilly Temps of November. I've recommended them to any friends/neighbors in need of foundation inspections.

I have been with Ever-Dry since 2018. Had to have my crawl space dried and repaired. Ever-Dry did a LOT of work, and got it done in two days. They installed the Air-Flow System, which has kept the crawl space dry since then. If I have needed service, they came out quickly every time! My favorite part is the Guarantee, which goes to new house owners if we move. Five Stars all the way with Ever-Dry !

This company did great work with our crawlspace. Years after their work, we had a pipe burst in our crawlspace but there was no water damage because of the great work Ever Dry did!

I met the Everdry Rep at a home improvement fair. He came by my house and gave a full examination of my basement. I knew it I had a moisture problem but it was worse than I imagined. He careful explain how this was not only harmful to the structure of my home but my health. Walked me through the steps and the financing which was affordable for me. Got scheduled and the guys were super! Even help removed some things that were too heavy for me. Whole process was easy and without issue. I am very happy with my basement and that funky smell is now gone. I even recommended Everdry to my neighbor and she had her basement done (it was in worse shape than mine). Appreciate the work and very happy!

Everdry did my home in 2020. I did have a few problems, and they took care of them in a timely manner. Crews were polite and professional.

Ever tried it an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished I’ll give them five stars because of the work they did was outstanding.

We moved into a church basement that had big flooding problems two years ago. Everdry came in and put in two sump pumps and dug channels around the whole building, and they came out a second time free of charge when a little bit of water was still seeping in from another spot. We have now been completely dry for over a year, highly recommended.

Wonderful people to work with. The E-Z Breathe has made such a difference in the way the basement smells and feels. My basement was very stubborn and they had to return 3 times to put more runs in. We pay an annual fee for warranty - we had to use it on a battery/sensor unit problem on the back-up secondary sump pump, they responded immediately and took care of the issue without any hesitation, or questions asked - they fixed it at no cost to us. Thanks.

Thorough crawl space encapsulation

Everdry did what they said they'd do. There were a couple less-expensive options, and one or two that were more expensive, but they seems to offer the best and most thorough solutions to the troublesome water problems in my basement. It is not a cheap or easy process (moving furniture, cutting out portions of the floor, some dust and dirt-- but not quite as bad as I thought,) hence I had been reluctant to do the work in the first place, but almost a year later I am so happy to have done it. It worked, I have no more worries when it rains. I chose wisely and well with Everdry.
