"It was still operating fine but it turned out that they discovered that I have iron filter water softener. There was a test that bypassed iron filter and I have perfect water pressure again. It was a waste of call. I had a bad iron filter that was so clogged up with gunk that it wasn't passing water at that point. They had to charge me $50 service call. Maybe I would have figured it myself. It was embarrassing that I didn’t find the problem myself. I have no problem with them at all. I would call them in a heartbeat for anything. They did it professionally and quickly. If I ever need them again, I would be the first one to call them. I got them through Angie’s List.
