It was a great experience from the start. Everyone was helpful and Paul, the tech that did the install, was very polite and informative. He walked us through all the information regarding the water softener. Will probably talk to them about a reverse osmosis system after Paul educated us on all the benefits.

Great experience. Doug was very helpful explaining their softner systems and answering all of my questions. Their price was the best of the 4 companies we considered. The installation was smooth. Paul arrived ontime, removed our old system, installed the new system and walked us through the system settings. I highly recommed Cooper's.

Mike arrived on time 1 1/2 hours removed and installed new softener. He was very courteous and explained the new softener very well.

Cooper's Water Conditioning was a pleasure to deal with. Doug was available to assist with any questions to help me decide which system to go with. We were scheduled within a couple of days. The technician, Mike, arrived right on time and was done with everything in 31 minutes. His explanation of the unit and how to read it and maintain it was simple and easy. Cooper Water is where you need to go for your softener needs for sure.

Mike Richard showed up on time and did a quick install. He covered the operation and care of the softener and answered all of our questions.

After 2 plumbers came out and told us we had to replace our water softener, Cooper’s Water ended up finding a clogged pipe which fixed it for $99.

If we need any other kind of plumbing, he is who I would call.

This company cares about their customer. From 1st phone call to the final installation. I know this is the best company for water treatment in Carmel area. They answered questions completely, completely transparent with the quotation, why it should be that system, this is the cost. Paul - did the installation is professional, good communicator, he knows what he is doing. He was neat, efficient, explained everything from process, mechanics, warranty and future service. Every area of this organization is prepared, organized, punctual, and detail oriented. If you live in this area this is the only water treatment to hire. They are the best. We are extremely satisfied.

Thomas serviced our Osmosis system. He replaced filters. Thomas provide professional service and cleaned up after installing the new filters. Very nice and great work.

This was my first interaction with Cooper's Water LLC but it won't be my last. What a wonderful company to work with! From my first phone call I could sense that this was a company that took customer service to seriously. The representative, Doug, answered all of my questions, asked a few of his own to better understand our situation and needs, and then laid out his recommendation on how to achieve the outcome we were after. He worked with us to get the install set up as quickly as possible and outlined what to expect and how to prepare for the service call. The install technician, Paul, arrived as scheduled, took the time to explain what he would be doing, and how long it would likely take. When finished, he took time to walk me through the new water softener system. He provided operating and maintenance tips along with explaining the "Cooper's Warranty" which goes beyond the manufacturer's protection plan. He took the time to go over some basic "plumbing for homeowners" topics (locating the main shutoff for the house, preparing the plumbing for times when we might be away from the house for a period of time, etc.). Practical things that no other service provider has ever taken the time to address. He reviewed some of the additional services offered by Cooper's Water, including a salt delivery service of which I will definitely be taking advantage. Maintaining a home often involves urgently contracting work and incurring unplanned expenses. That is never fun but it is nice when you find a company that puts the effort into customer service that Cooper's Water does. A 5-star rating is the least I can do to say thank you.

Mike and Brett came on time and did excellent work. They walked me through what I need to do as an owner of the system and cleaned up, removing my old softener, after they finished. Really good, quality work.

Cooper's Water installed the reverse osmosis system last year. This was an annual filter replacement. Brett provided ample notification of his arrival time. He is professional and efficient, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after installing the new filter. I was delighted that Brett willingly wore a face mask while in my home. Thanks for good work!

I needed a service call on my water softener. The first tech came out and did all he could to repair it. It was a "Knock off" unit the previous owner purchased on the internet. It was not going to be cost efficient to repair it so I asked if Coopers sold new units. The answer was yes. I was impressed with the knowledge the tech gave me so I placed an order for a new install. The installation department called and scheduled the time. On the day of installation the technicians arrived right on time. Josh and his helper Benjamin went to work right away. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were very professional in their conduct and respectful. I am very pleased to do business with Cooper's Water Conditioning. It's great to have soft water again.

I am very happy with the job Matt did for us; He was professional and also friendly; got our old system removed and new one installed quickly. Matt answered all my questions and provided the information I need for using our new system. Also, pleased at the prompt service we received- called on Friday, spoke with Scott. Matt was here Monday to assess our system, and now Tuesday 2:30pm we have our new system. Really appreciative.
