Coming Home Meant Clean and Soft Water Again!! After a devastating fire in 2023 forced us and 35 other families out of our homes, my wife and I had to start over. We were grateful to be safe, but returning to apartment life after years in our home was a major adjustment—especially when it came to water quality. We had grown used to soft water and clean, safe drinking water through our reverse osmosis system. The apartment was nice, but without those systems, we immediately felt the effects: hard water, lime buildup, and no RO water at the tap. Ethan is really a good person who cares only about solving your issue at the best price. He replaced my water softener system and late the same night he replaced my water heater as well. His price is half of the big shops and i’m 100% satisfied and will only use him for my water processing needs.
