Home Heroes came out when our furnace went down. We just moved in and came home to no heat. They gave us a price to fix it and also a cost to replace since it was 20yrs old. We ended up replacing (We got multiple quotes to verify) but they gave us the BEST overall value. We later had a Tankles water heater installed by their plumber. My heating/cooling unit was acting up and wouldn’t stop running, I was familiar with the company by seeing them at other homes in my neighborhood so I called and spoke with Ashley M. (They have 2 Ashley’s there) and she was able to get a technician scheduled to my home the next day for my repair. I was happy with the ease of the experience and the friendly demeanor that now I have a annual maintenance plan with them and when they come for my check ups, my dogs absolutely love them just like family and they love them right back.

I called to explain the problems i was having! Haley walked me through the whole process and explained everything!! She set up a time for the tech to come out!! If their work is as professional and knowledgeable as Haley was I know this job will be done to perfection!! I can’t say enough about Haley!!

I have no trust in this contractor. I explained during my project, that these were buyer-inspection requests and that we were looking to be compliant with all repairs, and not go over the top. I was given two options on the repairs for the project, I made my choice, and was happy. Then the plumber shared his work with the father of the buyer where they told the buyer that yes, the problem was fixed, but there was a more extensive fix that they recommended, causing the sale of my home to fall thru. I am not sure how or why they would share my project information with someone else, but I feel like this was done unethically.
