Despite the rain, Meridian Piano Movers showed up on time and delivered top-notch service moving our Baldwin Baby Grand piano from downtown Indianapolis to Brownsburg. Their price was fair, right in the middle of the all of the quotes I received and their expertise could not be beat. They removed the legs and carefully wrapped each piece in moving blankets. They navigated the large piano out of the house and down the 4 steps to the side walk on their custom built ramps with total ease (yes-- even in the rain!). The 3-man crew were incredibly professional and kind. I highly recommend Meridian Piano Movers for any of your high-end moving needs."

"The mover called me an hour before the scheduled move time to confirm what items needed moved. He was on his way to get the second guy and get to my house by 10am. After a severe lack of communication, the movers finally showed up and got started around 1:45pm. This was a huge inconvenience because I had other plans to get the rest of my stuff moved that day. The owner, Carlos, got back to me eventually. He was "Out on the water with bad reception." Carlos offered a discount for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. The movers did not bring the dolly they needed to move the piano although I listed the piano in the quote and told the mover on the phone that morning there was a piano to be moved. Once everything else was moved, they were supposed to come back later in the day with the dolly to move the piano. I did not hear back from the movers until after 9:30pm. They were not able to get the equipment they needed in time and promised to come first thing in the morning the next day, Saturday, to move the piano. I did not hear back from the mover at all on Saturday. The owner was surprised to hear this and said he would get another crew to come out on Sunday. It was after 5pm on Sunday before the other crew came around to move the piano. The move was successfully completed by 7pm on Sunday. Altogether, this could have gone better."
