Chad cleaned the piano and the inside looks like new now. He also tuned it, and it had been several years since this was done. He was on time, did the work quickly. I would hire him again.

Chad was great. He was prompt, and immediately assessed the co diction of my piano and was honest about the limitations based on the age of the instrument. He provided an honest assessment of what could be done and what options were available for the future. I plan on having him do more extensive work in the near future. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

Well. The piano has never sounded better. The cleaning is unbelievable. The piano looks brand new inside. He took his time, was not in a hurry, did a professional job. Obviously is in the right profession as this seems to be his calling. I actually called just for a piano tuning but when I read his website I asked about cleaning and decided to go for it, and I am glad I did. It was priced just right. His cost is comparable, it is not out of price range, and you get really the best. He is honest and professional.

I purchased an old baby grand that hadn't been tuned in years. Chad did a fantastic job tuning it and repairing a few keys that were sticking. He was very friendly, professional and punctual. He communicated extremely well, both for the appointment and for what work needed to be done. He allowed me to watch and explained the piano's condition and history. He knows his stuff and is the best technician I have ever had !!!! Thank you Chad and I look forward to next time.

He did a great job

We received a used upright piano several years ago as a gift. It was badly in need of service, and had not been tuned in many years. My daughter has recently been playing our piano more often, playing popular songs and creating her own. So, we wanted to see what could be done. Chad thoroughly inspected it and recommended getting it back into a playable state, even if it would no longer be able to stay in tune due to the years of neglect. Chad worked to clean the inside, level the keys, lubricate them and make other adjustments. Just that amount of work has made a dramatic improvement to the sound and performance of the piano! He was there for over two hours and explained what we was finding along the way. Highly recommend if you need piano service.
