"After further assessing the situation, we believe that we collaborated as much as we could in this situation. During the move you had agreed with the movers plans regarding the move. It was not until after the move where there was a change in mind regarding the move. We made a reschedule for your move for 5:00PM that day which is something that you agreed to. We did not receive a request about a discount or else we would have applied a small discount. You also had a gun safe in your master bedroom closet, something of which you did not mention. Other companies that do specialize in moving gun safes and pianos, would charge a higher price to move it than we did. However, we worked with you to move the gun safe free of charge and you agreed. You also hired a small truck for a house approximately 3,000 sq ft and normally for that size of house you would need a big truck and since you hired a small truck we had to collaborate with you to take two trips something of which you only hired movers for 4 hours and we worked hard because you had heavy furnitures and we tried to do it in the least amount of time possible so that you would not have to pay a lot of money. We believe that we did collaborate with you at the most to make sure that you were as satisfactory as possible with the move. We apologize if you were not as satisfied with your move."

We had not responded to your claim before because there were two people present during the move supervising the movers to make sure that the move was done correctly, yourself and your son. After a week we are not responsible for any damages our movers did not make, because they made sure that they returned everything in good conditions under the supervision of yourself and your son. We recommend that our customers pay to have our movers disassemble and reassemble their furnitures and disconnect and reconnect their appliances, but in this case you guys connected your appliances. "First of all we thank you for taking the time to review our services. Based on our investigation regarding the day of your move you moved from an apartment of 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor to an apartment of 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor not counting with elevators. With a little bit more of items that a usual apartment with 2 bedrooms has, furnitures and extra boxes. Considering the boxes and furnitures that you had in your apartment that is how much time we use to move all the items, 6-7 hours not counting elevators. From our experience in a lot of years we don't think that any company can do it in 2 hours for this type of job. The child you saw that day is 14 years old and 2 years ago an employee of confidence has taken him in his vacations so he can help the customers by helping the customer pack or with any help the customer needs that is not heavy and the customers have liked it and he does it in case any of the customers want to give him a tip. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Regarding the scratches that show in the photos. You never reported any incident during the process of your move which we have no regestrated incident. When our movers finish the move sometimes our customers don't like where we leave the furnitures so they decide to move them to another place and that's when the scratches happen because they don't have the same experience as the movers. Or when they move the heavy boxes, but in that case we no longer have that responsibility it is the customers responsibility. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
