Our house definitely looked cleaner and I'm grateful that since this was the first time it's been cleaned, that it went so well. I would definitely hire Jared Duncan again. Am thinking VI may try to save up for a driveway wash. Our wood picket fence had a lot of mold and needed painting. Since it's been washed, I think we can skip painting this year."

We entered the Commercial-Industrial-Residential Service field in 1995 when awarded a contract for maintenance of electrical cranes & equipment at the Indianapolis Water Treatment Co. That same year we picked up several Restaurant electrical maintenance accounts [Burger King, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Cancun Mexican Restaurant, Bravo Cuchina]. We expanded on our residential service in 1996 through advertising. Building a large customer base in which we aim to keep as return customers by providing a personal touch with service oriented approach to customer satisfaction. Our commercial construction experience includes but not limited to; auto stores [Advantage Auto, Tires Plus], Churches [Faith Lutheran, Fortville Christian via Callahan Construction], Restaurants [Cancun Mexican, Cazula’s, China Buffet], Retail stores [Dollar General, LoveSac, Elizabeth’s, Portrait Innov] and Laundromats [E-Z Clean]. We own, maintain and operate our 55’ bucket truck, providing parking lot lighting maintenance and pole placement. The estimator did identify a couple code issues related to a sub panel that the hot tub service would connect to and included fixing them with their quote for a very reasonable price. No other estimators identified the code concern. The final installation was very clean considering the location in relation to the main electrical service to the house. Installers walked through the work they completed after they finished and explained the operation of the outdoor electrical panel. They left extra long cable since the hot tub had not yet been installed to make sure the cable reached the final destination of the tub."
