Bill seemed nice and professional at first. He came out to fix a leak in my hot tub and ended up putting in a new circulation pump for 450.00. He never gave me an estimate and just went ahead and performed the work. He said this was the cause of my leak and at first I was thankful it was fixed, but it still leaked as badly as before. I tried to call him and text him to tell him it was still leaking but he never responded back to me. I feel like he took advantage of me and I will never use him again.

"Pool & Spa Medic never performs repairs without prior authorization. I made a second trip to replace circ. pump after my first stop which was authorized by Mr.[Member Name Removed] himself. The first visit required someone be home because the hot tub was inside the home. The second was only after Mr. [Member Name Removed] requested leaking circ. pump be replaced at a cost of $450. The check was written by the lady of the house while Mr. [Member Name Removed] was present.The hot tub was about 30yrs old and had many issues on being it was nearly impossible to remove from inside the house."

The experience went very well. I like that he wasn't an alarmist. He was very helpful, courteous, and came promptly. The bill was reasonable for what he did.

Everything got installed and became operational as expected. It was a particularly difficult job simply due to the intense cold, cramped quarters, and then we still had some ice in the lines we needed to "troubleshoot" to get things running correctly. He did everything expected and I am very happy with the result. Should the need arise I would not hesitate to use him again.

This is a vacation rental property and timely repair is important to us. For the second time, Pool and Spa Medic came through for us. Communication was excellent and concern for covering all the details were done very well. The need to replace a 7 year old control panel was identified and done well. We would not hesitate to call on them again and recommend them from our two experiences.

I was given Bills name by another company as it seems that some people do not even attempt to work on certain brands of hot tubs. I left a message and Bill called me right back within the hour. I explained my issues and he came right out the next morning. It was clear that he has several years of experience and knew exactly what he was doing. He worked quickly and was offordable, especially considering he came over so quickly. He was so nice and good that I purchased a new hot tub cover from him.

They are really good. He is a good guy and has good expertise and patience. Often he will find a used part for us in order to save us money. His prices are reasonable.
