Absolutely terrible service in every way! DO NOT work with this awful company!!

BEWARE....DO NOT use this company! The owner Bruce took 5000.00 from me to complete a job and the work was never completed. He was hired 05/20/23 to replace a pool liner. He told me the liner would be installed mid July. I gave him 5000.00 on 05/20/23 and haven't seen him since. He won't answer any of my calls. Itâ s really sad someone would rip you off like this.

Made appointment and they never showed up or called. Nothing. Ended up ordering parts from out of state and fixed it myself.

I hired Imperial Pool & Spa Services to install my pool cover motor. Bruce was very helpful in getting me scheduled quickly and Chris the technician did a great job with the install.

Very professional and reasonably priced

Bruce called me to set an appointment up for June 2nd, 2023 between 11 AM and 3 PM and no one showed up at my home. I texted Bruce shortly after 3 PM that day and asked that he call me at his earliest convenience. He never called back. Huge mistake on my part and I am surprised that Imperial Pool and Spa is an Angi registered Contractor. This has never happened with one of your contractors not showing up or calling.

This company responded quickly and had a pro out on a holiday! Great experience!

Expert services!

6 months ago my elderly parents paid 1/2 up front for parts to fix there pool equipment, the wrong part was ordered by Imperial Pool. My parents have called Imperial Pool 20 times and had to leave left a voice message each time, I've called multiple times and left voice messages, I have yet to receive a retirn call. I would not advise using this company.

The installer did a great job. It was miserable outside and he never stopped. He was very friendly and polite, I would definitely recommend Imperial and Chris the installer, to anyone in need of pool service.

Extremely easy to work with

Just plain old did not show up and seem not to really care. I went to google to give them a review and they had all 1 star with exactly the same problem. Shame on me for putting my faith in to refer me to the right dependable people.

I needed my pool liner replaced and had zero idea where to start. I called Bruce from Imperial Pools and he said he would come measure my pool. In February, he text and said he was on his way to measure. I was confused because it snowed ALOT the previous day and our pool cover was still on (we have a manual) so I told him I wouldn't be able to take it off. He still came and measured my pool without taking the cover off. I questioned him about this and he said oh I have been doing this for 20+ years so I believed him. He sent me a quote, it was reasonable so I signed the contract. The contract stated start date would be May 3rd, they didn't start until May 19th. He kept making up excuses as to why they could not get out here to start until he finally just stopped responding and answering. I paid him $4,900 in FULL on March 18th when the contract only required 50% upfront so I could secure a date in early May. When Eric and Joshua (his only coworkers that are AMAZING) showed up they worked so hard but when they went to put the liner in.. you guessed it, IT DIDNT FIT! It was too big so there were wrinkles everywhere. I think at this point I would rather have wrinkles in my pool than to have to deal with him again. Eric stated Bruce would probably have him just come back and "try to make it fit" because that is what he normally does when this happens. He also stated if they were to order a new one it would take about a week to come in. Just when I didn't think anything else could go wrong I asked Eric so you are going to do all the steps required to open the pool right, like chemicals, etc? He stared at me like he was so confused. He said I mean yeah I just put your jet nozzles on and turn your switch on to make sure it is working correctly. BRUCE CHARGED ME $300 FOR A FULL OPENING. I paid Bruce $300 for someone to turn a switch on. I text Bruce to ask him about this and well, again, he dodged all my calls and texts. Do yourself a favor... stay away from this company. He is shady and treats his employers like garbage, it is truly sad.

Chris the service man seemed to be very knowledgeable.

We hired Imperial spa and pool because Bruce said he had the part and could fix it the same day and we were in a hurry to get it fixed, otherwise we would have just ordered and replaced the circulation pump ourselves. After he spent a whole 5 minutes confirming it was the circulation pump, I said to go ahead and fix it. He made some poor excuse that there is run-on pumps but that he could get one from his brother and install it the next day. We are not sure what happened to the **I have the part** The next day it was raining and he never called so I called him and he said if there is a dry window he would come out otherwise by noon the next day. No window came and I called the next day. He said, to be honest, I took my truck in and the part is in the truck but I will be out by noon. At 3:00 no Bruce. I called again and he said the truck was not finished. He showed up at 5 and had the part in and the tub closed up and was billing me. He did not come to the door first or show us his work. He proceeded to bill 125 for the day he came out and did not fix it like he said he would, plus 125 for the 10 minutes worth of labor he was 3 days late fixing and 300 for a 100 part. I told him that was wrong so he took 50 off. What a guy. Never again.

Paid half for the job and they never show for a follow up appointment and Im unable to reach them to resolve the issue. No has was contacted me.

Unprofessional lack of communication

Nice guy. Was on time. Identified the problem with my pool heater and solved problem quickly. Bruce was helpful in explaining some other things about the heater/filter system that I did not know.

Bruce was awesome! He came out and gave us all the tips and information that we needed to repair and maintain our pool.

My jets were not broken and all I needed was to fill the tub up. The company still charged my $100 trip fee he was here five minutes. They definitely need to either adjust pricing for something like that or not charge at all. All he did was turn the knobs!

I am very satisified with the pro because he came to fix the issue my previous provider could not fix.
