I needed to add an exterior coach light to the front of my brick garage. Jim and another man cut through my brick, tapped into power from existing coach lights, fed a new line through the brick, and mounted a new light. They also replaced 3 existing exterior lights with new ones. This was my second interaction with Jim, the first was to repair the loss of power to a room in my house. Every time has been very positive, I highly recommend Aaron's Electrical.

I needed help setting up a comcast modem so my 97 year old mother could have a land line. Comcast dropped off the equipment without any directions that could help me. I finally figured out that the set up in her apartment wasn't correct and that some outlets might need to be changed. SO I contacted Aaron via computer on Monday evening. I got a phone call within an hour asking what I needed. He was so incredibly helpful at a time when I had reached my peak frustration. He said his company usually doesn't handle that kind of thing, but gave me an option that I could try based on his own experience. I was over the top thankful for his kind advice. It worked. He saved me a $135 service charge that other electricians would charge just to look at it and see if they could do anything. On Tuesday I went to my mom's apartment and did what he told me to do, and IT WORKED. I still have an issue with comcast because I have to wait for a pin number that was mailed before I can connect the service, but Aaron was so helpful. I would recommend his business to any one needing an electrician. I think his actions spoke volumes to his work ethic and honesty. WONDERFUL BUSINESS. I would give him the highest number of stars possible and then add a few more. Hire him if you need an electrician.

He gave a ball park estimate over the phone and was prepared to do the work the day he came out. Revised the estimate a little, but basically the same price. Did the work that day. Good job. I really appreciate that he cleaned up after himself very well.
