Michael and his associate arrived when they said they would, after confirming the night before. They got right to work and did an exceptional job. They quickly adapted to the setting with no complaints or concerns. When they located a problem with one of the jets, Michael made me aware immediately and discussed solutions. Although he did not have all parts that need replacement, he returned a few days later and finished the replacement. I was impressed with the prompt service. I want to add that it is always exciting to meet a service provider that is friendly and cares about the job performance. I would recommend Best Pool and Spa highly.
