They have been wonderful to work with and are prompt and professional when coming to open and close our in ground pool. Their pricing is really good and they seem to go above and beyond what our expectations were.
"Yes, you are one of our oldest and most loyal customers!! Thank you so much for your business."
Previously we had used Barton Pool for some minor service issues and they were always on time, neat, polite and reasonable as far as cost goes. This was a very nice experience and we definitely will use Jeff and Barton Pools again, plus we ended up with a REALLY COOL looking pool, it has that WOW factor now.
"We agree you have an awesome pool with a WOW factor!! Thank you so much for being a great customer!!"
"We were contacted by a warranty company to troubleshoot a motor failure. On our initial visit on August 3rd, we inspected all equipment (including the pump, which was working) and found the sand filter to have a crack in it and water was pouring out. We proposed replacing the sand filter and said we would get the pool circulating. We did not recommend replacing the pump as it worked upon inspection. On August 10th, we replaced the sand filter. During the visit, individual stated to our techs that she was under the impression that the pool would be "swim ready" after a new filter. We believe this miscommunication may have come from stating the pool would be circulating water after installation. We did not include this in the bid for the sand filter, but gave $75 worth of chemicals and a small tutorial at no extra charge. We also asked if she wanted us to dispose of the old sand filter, and she agreed. All equipment was operational after our installation of the new filter, and she sent a nice message saying we did a great job. On Saturday, August 13th, we received a message stating that nothing was working and requested a technician come out. As it was the weekend (and raining), we told her that we could come out on Monday. On the morning of Monday, August 15th, we contacted her saying we would be out to inspect the pool. She responded requesting a 4pm appointment; however, a 4pm appointment would require our technicians to work overtime. Our hours stated online are office hours; not field hours. There's no way to tell Google to differentiate the two. We also told her that if the issue did not relate to the sand filter, there would be an $80/hour service fee. This is a very reasonable request in our opinion. She declined service as she did not want to pay for a service call, and demanded we remove the new filter and reinstall the old filter at no charge, out of fear we would not honor the 1-year warranty on the filter. We feel this demand is unreasonable, as we not only stand by our 1-year warranty, but the old filter was disposed of as agreed upon on August 10th. She told us that they were seeking legal action against their warranty company, and now they are threatening our company with legal action if we don't comply with the demand to remove the new filter and reinstall the old filter. We feel that we adequately performed the service requested of us. We apologize that they are dissatisfied."
"Thanks so much! We are so happy to hear you are enjoying your new pool!!"
