My entire experience has been horrible. The crew hired to do the roof was smoking pot in their vehicles in front of my property and left trash in my yard. The siding crew ripped off the wrong side of my house, the wrong siding was put on and had to be redone. It looks terrible and is already coming off and bubbling, and it was just done this summer. They tore up plants, left enough nails in my yard that filled 2 baggies, disconnected my AC unit, and completely covered my dryer vent. My downspouts were not put on correctly and the elbows were not put on at all. My guttering is now falling off because they didn’t even attach it. They did not have a dumpster to put the material in and left it all in my driveway, yet they charged my insurance for the dumpster. I was lied to on more than one occasion. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any business, and it continues to be that way, as we’re are still finding things that were not done correctly.

Nick rang my doorbell and offered a free roof inspection noting that there had been hail damage on other homes in the area. He took detailed photos, reviewed them with me and offered to work with my insurance company to get a roof replacement approved. Everything Nick said and did was truthful and helpful. The roofing crew did a great job and took care to prevent damage or leave any trash or debris. I would highly recommend Roof It Forward to anyone. The only cost to me was my insurance deductible. Great job Nick and Roof It Forward!!!

Brent was fantastic and made a stressful situation absolutely seamless. Brent from ARC was great asked him to come inspect my roof for hail damage, as we have gotten a couple of good amounts of hail!! He found a lot of damage and suggested I file a claim, and he even came back and met with the inspector from my insurance company and he got a new roof and gutters and some siding paid for by the insurance company!

Roof it Forward is awesome. They stand behind their work and their 5 year workmanship guarantee. We experienced a roof leak a couple of weeks ago. I called our Roof it Forward sales rep, Kelly Horn, and he sent out a roofer to look at our roof within 24 hours of my call. The roofer fixed the problem (confirmed by the lack of a leak during a torrential rainstorm a couple of days later). Kelly immediately followed up to schedule a painter to repaint the stained ceilings. The painters, Tino and Hosea, were prompt, professional, and meticulous. Within two weeks of my initial call, the roof is fixed, the ceiling is repainted, and we are extremely pleased! Kelly and his team took good care of us! I highly recommend them.
