Crew was clean, laid down carpet protectors, were on time. First try had some fisheyes, but crew came out a second time and made it right. Final finish looks very good. I would use them again.

They were very punctual and fixed the cracks.  After he was done resurfacing the fiberglass shower, it looked almost like new.   He did a great job, and I would probably go back to them again if we needed a similar service.

They were nice, they came out and did the work in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. After they finished the job I had another question, about an unrelated issues, and they came out to take a look at it and fixed it for me.

Called Bryan Payne and scheduled to get fixed showed up on time and completed the work in about an hour.  This was a great company to work with and I would highly recommend him for future repairs.  Very professional individual keep up the great work.  I am employed by Angie's List and would have never found this company without Angie's List service providers.  I would give this company straight A's across the board.

They came out and they were very friendly. They finished the job within an hour. They discovered a crack in our tub and they repaired it. They painted it not exactly how it was originally but made it work as it was supposed to be. They were very honest and didn’t waste my time and finished my work pretty fast. I would rate them high overall and would use them again in the future If needed.

Easy to schedule, prompt arrival, cleaned workspace when finished, can't tell where the hole was! Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Bryan immediately returned my initial call to him about the service. We were able to set up a time within the following week for him to come out to the house. He arrived promptly and was able to fix all the issues quickly - I even had him look at another bath to check for any fixes needed there. He was so great to work with! There was no stress at all! His work was flawless - you couldn't even tell there were ever any marks in our bath. I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone!

Although this is not a service this company usually provides, when I explained how much difficulty I had had getting someone to replace the caulk, they were happy to come out and take care of the problem. They arrived on time, explained what was causing the leaking water, replaced the caulk, and even left extra caulk for us, just in case, which we have not needed.

I had scheduled Bryan to come to the house on Friday, but he had a job cancel earlier in the week and called to see if I was available. I was, and was extremely happy to have him out to do the work earlier than originally planned. Bryan wore shoe covers in our house and got to work. I was very interested in learning about what he was doing, and he let me watch and answered my (many) questions. He worked quickly and VERY cleanly. I was very impressed by his organization and expertise. Bryan was excellent and his price was fantastic. I did not notice it until later, but he actually gave me a discount on the invoice (perhaps for using Angie's List?). If I had noticed it, I would have thanked him for that as well. The experience was great. the work was great. I learned a lot, and I could not recommend a service provider more highly! Thank you Bryan.

Bryan arrived precisely on time. The moment he stepped into my house, he put on little booties to protect my floors. He had all his tools with him in two big tool boxes. He only uses factory approved materials in his repairs. He immediately went to work on the two problem areas in my tub and was finished in less than an hour. I hung out and talked to him a little while as he worked and explained the process of doing the repair. I didn't know I could get the small hole in my tub repaired that was present when I bought my house. I've lived with that little hole for 12 years and it has caused minor water leakage on to the ceiling below my tub. I strongly recommend that if you need fiberglass repair on your tub or shower, that you don't put off calling Bryan. You'll save a fortune over buying and installing a new tub unit!

Bryan called and told us he could be at our home around 1:30 and arrived on the dot. The problem was bigger than we thought. He found several air bubbles in the fiberglass around the crack we had found and fixed everything. While making the repairs he noticed someone had done a simple fill in of another crack and had just painted over it in the past. He cleaned the paint out of the tub with acetone and showed me the previous repair. He sealed and refinished the previous repair even though I didn't ask him to and he didn't charge us for it. He then airbrushed the corner of the tub he worked on and now you can't tell anything has been done to it. The entire process took an hour and fifteen minutes and he was very clean and professional. Would absolutely hire again.

My new Lasco tub was damaged by others during installation and my contractor tried to fix it himself, leaving 2 mismatched spots without texture. I called Bryan at the beginning of the week and described what had happened. He gave me an estimate over the phone and I scheduled him to come out a few days later. He spent about two hours removing previous repair job and making his own. The 2 spots are now a perfect match on color and are practically invisible. He upheld his phone estimate and I am very happy!

Had what I thought was a crack in my jacuzzi Whirlpool tub. Came out and took a look. It turned out to be a scratch, not a crack. Bryan sanded it down and polished. Fixed it very quickly. Work was well done. Wore coverings over his shoes. Was very prompt and professional

The finished job looked spectacular, nearly invisible unless one really looks for it. His cost was $150 - much less than the cost of a shower replacement, like I thought it might end up. He was polite on the phone, punctual and got the job done well. I would recommend his opinion before full replacement of a fiberglass unit.

He matched the color perfectly and we are very pleased. Definitely would use him again. He cleaned up the work area, you would never know anyone had been here. We live north (Carmel) and I was pleased that there was no trip charge since he was coming from Plainfield.
