Bathtub Restoration
We are very pleased with our entire project with Superior Bath. John took a lot of time with us in the planning and selecting phase. Work was completed in less than the time specified and the installer, Aaron was great to work with. Had a problem with the toilet after three months and they were great about coming back to fix it. The fix didn’t work though and instead of messing with another repair, they just replaced it with a brand new one. We would definitely recommend this company.

Redesigning & replacing your shower can certainly be an overwhelming process, Superior Bath Systems eliminates all of that. Their communication from setting up the initial appointment through final install was impressive, kudos to Carrie. During the in-home consultation, all options are brought to you and your design is built while on-site. John, our in-home sales consultant, was thoughtful & thorough in his approach. Come to install, David was professional, timely and immensely skilled. Cannot say enough about this group, outside of thank you.

Superior bath did an amazing job with our shower stall installation. They walked us through the estimate and made sure everything was explained. It took time for the materials to come in but when the work was done it was done quickly. The shower looks amazing and they were able to make it a little bigger.

This is the 3rd review I have attempted to post. First let me say that Keagan Stiner the young man that installed our walk in shower had his work cut out for him. He was proficient, clean, quick, courteous and very hard working. He did an excellent job and our shower looks beautiful. If we decide to do the other bathroom, we will definitely request Keagan be our installer. We cannot speak highly enough about him and his workmanship. Thank you Keagan and Thank you Superior Bath for employing great workers such as Keagan .

Great job all around. The sales rep came to our home and was very transparent about the timeline of the install being 10 weeks out. Let us know we wouldn’t really hear anything until a couple of weeks before the install. They did demo all the way down to the studs, disposed of all trash, re plumbed and installed the new shower in 2 days! We did financing through power pay with them as well. At first you might have a bit of sticker shock, but the quality of the finished product and amazing staff is well worth paying for. Fernando was always on time and amazing to work with. Great job!

Two gentlemen came by our house to provide a quote to renovate our master bathroom. After an hour of them being in our home they said they needed a 3rd person to come by and look at the space before they could issue a quote. This 3rd person wasn't available for another week. We set up a date and time. A week later, no confirmation email/phone call and no visit after we had set aside the time on our calendar. Don't bother wasting your time with these unprofessional people. Extremely disappointed.

Bathtub Restoration
Only use Superior Bath Systems if you don’t care about how long it takes. Our shower replacement was quoted to be finished in 1-2 days with a start date in 10-12 weeks - maybe earlier since it was a small job. We did not get any updates unless we called them and only occasionally got return calls. It took 18 weeks for the base than another 3 weeks to finish - 21 weeks to install a shower! Terrible customer service.

Very pleased with Superior. Gave them a tough one: Pull a crappy walk-in Tub Thing, install a Real tub/shower, zap out five layers of cheap linoleum flooring, put in a new vanity/sink, and replace the window that Tub Thing covered/destroyed when it was installed ages ago. Degree of Difficulty - 1955 not remotely current code dwelling. Not surprisingly, the house hit the Superior Team with several curve balls during the project. They didn't blink (Jason may have sighed once or twice!), they pulled off the work with minimal disruption despite this being the only bath in the home, and the result is like night and day. Highly recommended.

This review is based on multiple different interactions with Superior Bath inquiring about an estimate for bathroom renovation. On our initial phone call my Wife was asked multiple times if I, her husband, would be present for the estimate. I was present for the phone call, which became pushy with them asking my wife this question multiple times. Given this was only once interaction we went ahead with scheduling an estimate. Steve from Superior Bath was prompt with coming over for an estimate. On meeting him, he immediately asked my wife if we, my wife and I, were on the same page with the bathroom remodel. At this point, I had enough with perceived sexist comments towards my Wife and asked him to please leave. He further argued that the comments were not sexist and became upset. Even if the comments were not sexist by his definition, they were definitely felt as such, which I believe is more important. We are not only looking for a quality craftsman for our bathroom, but also someone who would treat us with respect. My rating is based on their interaction with customers and not by their work as I have not seen their work.

We found Superior Bath System through Angie's List and scheduled with Dave to come out and give us an estimate. He arrived on time and was very polite. However, he almost seemed to be trying to dissuade us from going forward with our project and was not enthusiastic about our ideas. At the end, he gave us a ballpark estimate that was three times what we were expecting. He said he would get us a more detailed estimate before we were to leave on vacation in two weeks, but we never heard back from him. Thankfully, we also scheduled an appointment with a local home builder who was full of ideas and whose estimate fit our budget.

The remodel went very well. We were very pleased with the whole process - from the design and pricing by the salesman to the completion of the project. They even finished a few days ahead of schedule. They let us know if they would be delayed arriving the following day, they kept the dust, etc. to a minimum, each day they cleaned up before leaving, and they seemed to work well together. Would definately use this vendor agai

If finding a contractor who shows up on time, completes all the work within the dates previously agreed upon, and leaves zero mess behind, only a beautifully finished product, sounds like winning a lottery, we hit a jackpot with Superior Bath. I don't know what to praise more, the quality of their work or their work ethics. Both were, well, superior. I only wish we had more bathrooms left to remodel. Would hire them again in a heartbeat, and heartily recommend to anyone else.
