"Pat splattered paint on the cabinets, on the walls, on the pictures on the walls, on the wine rack, on the kitchen table and chairs. Worst of all, he splattered paint on my brand new kitchen appliances ( I just bought them in May). He scraped the paint splatters off my fridge and dishwasher and scratched them up unbelievably. He didn't scrape the paint splatters off the stove and microwave; they aren't scratched, but they are paint splattered. He left my house July 17, 2020 without saying a word to me, leaving a trail of destruction behind him. I called him July 23 (when I had calmed down). He admitted damaging my fridge, but denied doing any other damage. I asked him 2 or 3 times if he had insurance; he refused to answer. The last time I asked "I just want to know if you have insurance that will help me", he said "I will talk to your attorney ". So clearly, he does not have insurance. So now I need 4 new major appliances to the tune of $4310.78; need someone to help get the paint splatters off my cherry cabinets; and have to repaint my kitchen. I'm afraid to look for further damage. I'm afraid of what I'll find."

"Very high pressure sales. For your own sake have cameras rolling during sales pitch. Don’t let them make you believe that the installation is done by Erie. Totally subcontracted. Talked us into choosing them even though they were 7k higher than other roofers with the promise of higher quality service that didn’t happen, job site was a mess had to inspect gutters they were not cleaned. They came back out cleaned said it was done got back up on ladder gutters still full and found damaged siding on back of chimney. After filling with BBB repairs and cleanup were done just not worth the higher price. Price started at $26 a square for metal and $15. For fiberglass after 4 hours of sales it came down to $21 metal and $10.5 a square foot fiberglass. I surely have buyers remorse hopefully this review helps someone in their decision. Also suggest reading this [*** Link removed ***] prior to reading all the A+ ratings on BBB Also make sure proper permits were pulled they did not pull one till after the install when I questioned it. "We hired Larry to reglaze our bathtub on April 19, 2024. He was professional and friendly during the initial visit and appeared to work hard while on site. He also gave us clear and specific instructions on when we could use the tub and what cleaning products were safe to use, instructions we followed closely. Unfortunately, within six months we noticed significant chipping, and the glaze around the drain began peeling off entirely. Despite Larry’s advertised warranty, we’ve had ongoing difficulty getting him to come back and address the issue. We’ve reached out numerous times, and although there was some back-and-forth early on, he has since stopped returning our calls altogether. While I understand that our project may have been more involved than he expected, that should have been assessed when he arrived. Larry gave us a quote based solely on photos, and if the scope of work was greater, we would have gladly paid more to have it done thoroughly and properly the first time. It’s now been over a year, and we’re still waiting for a resolution. At this point, the lack of communication makes it clear he’s not standing behind his warranty. It’s disappointing, because the initial experience was positive, but the follow through has been extremely frustrating."

"Unfortunately the bathroom remodel was a huge disappointment. It looks nice but the bathtub doesn’t drain properly. It just floods the kitchen below. We have asked time and time again but they will not come back to correct it. Very shocked, we had planned to trust them on another project before all this. I’ve even sent the videos of the water pouring down my kitchen ceiling. We already paid them before we realized this huge problem. Now they just ignore all requests for correcting the plumbing issues. Now I have to pay another contractor to repair all the damages."
