"Straight Line Restoration did not lie, scam or con this homeowner into any work to be done on her home. We have never seen any documentation stating what was done by Straight Line Restoration was not necessary. Homeowner signed off on documentation that the work was 100% completed. When homeowner received her bill she then stated the work was not done to her satisfaction and she was not going to pay any more towards her bill, which left a significant balance. Straight Line Restoration stated what ever she was not satisfied with we would fix, she refused to allow us to fix it and refused to pay anymore of the bill. Straight Line Restoration has agreement with the homeowener and if the bill is not paid in a 30 day period there will be a lien put on the property. The work was completed in the middle of May. Once the homeowner received the notice of lein on the property she was upset because she had the work done so she could sell the home. She then called and stated she will allow us to fix the work. Straight Line Restoration went to home and completed the work and the homeowner stated her satisfcation to the work. When homeowner was asked for the final payment, she stated she was going to complain to BBB and to Angies list and it would cost the company way more than what we want her to pay. Straight Line Restoration has taken the necessary steps to make sure the craftmanship she referred to is not done again. The pictures she has also shown are before the final work was done."
