Description of Work: Dry wall repair in my dinning room ceilling.

Description of Work: Installed 5 ceiling fans, 8 light fixtures, a curtain rod and fixed a dimmer switch.

Description of Work: We used him a lot from the spring all the way through the summer off and on. We were remodeling our basement. He enlarged the bathroom. He went through a concrete wall and added a closet in the bathroom to make it more like a master bath. Then he did some electrical in the bathroom and he built a wall in the family room. He cut into the ceiling which was plaster, which was unexpected and it was just a mess. I wanted to put a wood boarder all the way around the room that would house the electrical that we were changing. So he cut into the ceiling and built 1 inch boxes then put back up in the ceiling after the electrical was done. We had someone else do the electrical and then Frank came back after that was done. He put the floor in the bathroom and dry walled. He also did trim.

Description of Work: I purchased a 1955 ranch 6 months ago...my to do list is never ending. Frank was up for the challenge of fixing my outdated plumbing and was very knowledgeable. I feel he is extremely hard working and honest.

Description of Work: The work completed was hanging Christmas lights on our house and installing an additional outlet outside. All of out lights actually lit up for the first time in 14 years.

Description of Work: Work was completed on a punch list I created for misc "handyman" work. Trimmed framing for windows & doorway, fixed electrical issue with an outlet & light switches, removed track lighting & added new light, repaired hinged wall mailbox door, repaired wall that had water damage, and replaced plumbing for toilet. I was very pleased with the overall communication with Woodsmen Contracting. The Owner, Frank called promptly to set up the appt for a walk thru to prepare an estimate. He's was thorough with his explanation of how & when the work would be done. He was professional and respectful of my time and was able to work around my schedule. The workers were organized and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the work in a timely manner, as planned!

Description of Work: Looked at projects needing fixing. Brought in painter who would be involved in part of the project. Said he would submit an esti- ment for the project. Has not yet done so.

Description of Work: Frank Woods of Woodsmen contracting has done several projects for us including replacing our siding, gutters and soffits, replacing sinks and faucets, repairing drywall damaged by a plumber and repairing wood trim throughout our house damaged by our dog.
